I was thinking something like in Ultima where you can draw on the map. Mark and such, and make it only visible to you. But if someone takes your map, they see what you wrote.

Hey Y'all, I've been out of DayZ since about June and so I think I'll start cycling back in. I'm looking forward to playing on the 7.4.4 update and new maps but I've been out of the loop for a while and hoping someone could give me a quick run down of "What's what". Aside from that my IG Name is the same as my forum name (Foogals) and hopefully I'll be able to meet some new buddies in lovely 'ol Chernarus. While your playstyle is a little unnerving, the way you romanticize it with your storytelling is quite intresting. This coming from a person who avoids killing others at all costs (Including my life). I'm curious though, while most other Bandits kill "just cause" you've stated your reason quite well. What I'd like to ask is 'Why do you choose to kill everything that moves?'

Good points, while I do not believe it nessecary to remove banditry at all (Honestly, it makes the scares and excitement.) I do believe in it's current status it can be summed up by asking someone "Do you want to be the wolf or the sheep?". Plus I've been reading over all the threads highlighting how good people are at killing other people who had no intention or method of harming them. And then laughing, Laughing over the corpse of an honorable human being who actually tried to make their time in this game just a little bit better through teamwork and kindness which they willingly tried to share. Honestly, i'm worried. Truly scared at the way some of these people brag at how good they are at and how much they enjoy making other people miserable. Lot of hidden psychopaths playing this game I'd wager.

Loving the idea, it's way outside the box. I know that bandits are being asshats, but really be persistent and this should work out great.

If all servers where running on GMT, I would never see the sun in DayZ. Whether that is a good or bad thing is your opinion.

Okay, so me and a buddy of mine were in Dolina. Looting and what not, looking for a vehicle. We were checking the large Warehouse just outside the town when suddenly *budabudabudabudabudabuda* I look up and see a helicopter fly over the roof of the building at (what I assume to be an excess of 300 Kmph) and crash across the road straight into the forest, with a subsequent 4 after-explosions killing the 2-4 survivors. The best part being that I was outside and watched the heliopter fly over and crash into the forest while my friend was inside looting. So after 3 minutes worth of laughing on my part, we finally go over and check out the crash. It's a goldmine, AS50's, M9SD's, Satchel Charges, 2 range finders, 2 NVs, 3 GPS's, two Coyote backpacks, and ammo to boot with a whole lot of other goodies. Funniest thing I have ever watched in my entire life. Here, have a shitty picture of it.
