If you are saying that ARMA 3 and the stand alone are going to be on the same engine as ARMA 2 and the MOD you are absolutely wrong. ARMA 2 and the DayZ Mod run on the Real Virtuality 3 game engine. ARMA 3 and the DayZ game will be on the Real Virtuality 4 game engine. Which will have ragdolls etc. in fact one of the things they are making a big deal about IS the smoother animations. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_Virtuality_(engine)

They aren't randomly spawning. They are in MILITARY spawns only. Guess who uses them?

Well I know when I was using my AS50, I wasn't anywhere NEAR being "in" the town I was "watching". They could be extremely far, and out of your sight. (*most likely are/were)

Death of our longest survival (we will beat it!) Me and by buddy were going on 16 days survived, we had all the gear you can get, GPS, range finder etc, 2 cars, all that jazz -OH and my newly found and now lost M249! it all ended one day on a street, my buddy ruined a tire on his car -rendering it useless, he got out to look if we had a tired on one of the cars -we didnt. Upon him moving towards my car to get in - a 40MM grenade explodes between the two cars, killing him, and destroying his car -and destroying my engine. I was able to get out and run for cover under very little gun fire. I sat and waited fore about 8 minutes - i didn't hear a thing. I decided to investigate our cars. from my side of the street it was clear (i couldn't see the other side of the cars though) - so i moved to the other side of the road. that is when i BARELY noticed a player in a gillie suit crouch next to one of the destroyed cars - looting it. I went to shoulder my weapon for the kill - accidentally hit the scroll wheel, started taking out my side arm, all as he notices me. and well - he got me. haha

Hey guys, I have a quick question - is the ability to zero your gun a server setting? I like to play on veteran servers, maybe more are disabling it - or is something wrong?

Accidental hand grenade in a church. Had 2 of them - wanted to try them out before I inevitably lost them to anything - Nice group of 9 zombies at the door. Threw the first one and killed the group. Forgot to hit F and threw the second like an inch away -tried to run... didn't work lol I actually recorded it (was testing FRAPS at the time - forgot it was on) Ill upload if anyone would like.

Just look... try newegg.com / tigerdirect.com or hell - hit up your local walmart/best/frys - which ever.

This is why I try to only play with friends. EPI-PENS!
