Was he walking on Rocks/Rubble/Debris? If you are crawling on a slope/doorstep this can happen too with tents and other objects.

Getting stuck at the loading screen has to do with beta patch mismatch or version mismatch not the hacker killing you.

It has to do with packet handling by windows or the router. I think you need to change the port one of the PCs uses for ARMA2

If you like Expert/Hardcore servers I can recommend US 9 & US 156
