Try playing for longer. Find a new server without hackers, in the month I've played I've not run in to a single hacker. Don't like the KoS, stay out of big cities. Learn to play and adapt your play style. Trial and error. Dying that many times, I'm assuming you're sticking to cities and towns; not a good idea.

This is a plus with not associating myself with survivors anymore. All the survivors here on the forums are whiny bitches. Bandits are laid back and win because the survivors are such babies. I'll stick with the bandits any day. -

Nope, I didn't read them lol. You should have added them on skype or steam or something. Your fault for not getting contact info from them if you liked them so much. Don't say you weren't expecting to get banned either, that's not really an excuse for failure to keep in contact. -

I wouldn't have waited so long to kill him. You and your friend got axed because you didn't dispose of the immediate threat quickly. You could have gotten away completely unharmed, next time blast him away if he doesn't respond the first time. -
Your friends are hypocritical retards. You did the right thing, that axe could have been planted in one of your heads. I wont hesitate to kill someone unarmed, especially in a city, because who knows if they have a hidden weapon in their pack, friends near by, give away your position to someone who is armed, or even loot your pack when you're not looking. I kill anyone who isn't in voice chat with me. People don't think unarmed players are a threat, but those people will die from that mistake one day or another.

I use steam chat, but I also use the direct comm. often. I don't play on servers that have direct comm. disabled. :) -

I wouldn't say The War Z will be harder, it's for the kiddies who can't deal with DayZ. The articles on it even say it's less hardcore than DayZ, there's not even perma-death unless a server allows it. It's basically an MMORPG with zombies. Quests, grinding, and crap.

I've played for over a month now and I can honestly say I've never ran into hackers on any of the many servers I've been on. I think most people are raging and blaming hackers for desynchs and things like that. -
The point of the game is to die. This is a survival game with the average life expectancy being 32 minutes. Don't expect to be a newb and live over a day, it takes time to develop strategy with a lot of trial and error.

So you're saying you'd rather go for the most dangerous place because it's quick rather than spending a little time being safe? There's your problem. You wont take your time to survive, modify your play style and stop crying. If you're going to be lazy and go for quick, don't rage when you get gunned down in the most bandit ridden city instead of thinking about survival and spending time walking to a safer place. You're a newb, 2 days playing, don't think you're going to play perfect just starting out. This game has a curve and it's in alpha. Adapt, that's what everyone has had to do to live.
