Joined the game yesterday and need a couple of questions answered by people who know how to play xD Is there a way to talk to everyone currently playing the server? and if so how? I'm guessing some servers have that disabled, is there a way to find one that has it enabled? Thanks! I noticed Things like (3D:ON) and (CH:ON) on some servers, I don't understand those either. Could someone give me a rundown of what they mean? I believe 3D:ON to mean 3rd person is enabled.

I get near a building by crawling or going prone, I get caught, I die. I find a crowbar, I get caught, I die. I've not met another player ingame yet because I just die so fast. The hell. Also, how do I speak to people globally in chat? I've tried the "Direct comms" (/) chat and the "Group" chat.. nobody responds

That's kind of harsh. I'm an "Idiot" by this games standards - I've no experience playing and just started today. I've been saving to buy the games required for weeks now, so the Yogscast has nothing to do with this. I bet you didn't start the game knowing all you do now.. Show some respect

I hope to purchase Combined Ops just to play this mod, it looks beautiful. I'm downloading Arma 2 FREE just to see if it will run on my laptop. CANYOURUNIT.COM says that My laptop is *JUST* under par to play it.. But it's said that before about other games, such as Assassins Creed Brotherhood etc. My question; If arma 2 free will run smoothly on my laptop, Will The DayZ mod be just as smooth?
