    My experience is that most players will shoot you at sight. It doesn't matter if you are unarmed and yell friendly they will kill you just because they can. I love the game and the fact that cities are very dangerous to visit cause of players makes it even better. If you get tired of getting killed over and over don't visit cities. When i first started playing i wanted to co-operate and be friendly but now i would shoot at sight cause its simply not worth the risk to find out if a player is friendly or not.
