Bus and Boat also dissapeared, thought was stolen but not a single thing was taken from our tents *not any of our AS50's or L85's* and many other valuables so server om nommed them. -

Our tents ate 7 ghillie suits 4 L85's and 5 AS50's, that and a bunch of NVG's / Rangefinders / GPS's all earned legitly.. so me and my 7 friends are basically all pissed as hell atm the one tent there goes my brilliant idea to put up a couple tents for good loot only.. -
L85 i'd say, You can scout the whole landscape really quickly before going anywhere to make sure there is no snipers, as well as towns for any bandits / players just you can just hipfire under the 50m mark and easily kill most people and past that you should have time to switch to your as 50 to get a quick 1 shot. Too bad you don't have coyote backpack since they share ammo : /

I feel bad for you, but the fact that you suggested punkbuster, made me lol, I play BF3 a lot and there is hackers everywhere too. But yeah feel your pain man, lost a l85 and AS50 to hackers ;(

I like the idea except you wouldnt have a way to defend yourself besides a pistol if you somehow got ambushed or whatever, since pistols with the recent nerf are just garbage, though i bet that'll be pixed. Still amazing idea have my beans sir! -
I got ported to the thunderdome and was the last one alive collected everything and somehow got telelported far southwest of kamenka in the water so i swam for 10 minutes i finally get to land and i get teleported again to cherno and i just log out i log back in another server and lost everything ;[

Grats! I had a similar thing today but even better o.O I got sniped in cherno so when searching around after finding a random weapon i saw the sniper, i snuck up and assinated him he had all the tools gps compass toolbox etc, a AS50 with plenty of ammo an M9 SD also with ammo, a coyote backpack and inside that was an l85 AWS and meat and mountain dew o.O. Sadly the AS50 dissapeared out of my bags after i logged a couple hours later but I still have the L85. One of my best days in DayZ :D

Suggestion: rebalance game with realistic weapon performance/damage.

I have mixed feelings about this, mainly on the damage part, I think it's mainly because I saw some of the damages and thought about how common some of those weapons were and was like "oh hell no" while this game strives for realism it also needs to be balanced, with those damage charts I may as well run around with a shotgun unless im trying to hit long range targets. I did like some of the ideas like the ringing noise after shooting the M107 or AS50 but overall I have to say no. -
Not really a bandit just a kill anyone that has a shot at me sorta guy, I won't purposely hunt down others. It is possible they would linger and moan around, the problem is with zombie games is zombies aren't real so we can't really say what is realistic and what isn't it's up to rocket on how he wants them to act in relationship to the many zombie/infected games and movies out there. Just throwing suggestions out there ^_^ I just know I and many others would like to see zombies more important, and with the zombies spawning on player death idea it would also connect player killing and zombies a little bit more.

To add to this, I think It'd be cool to perhaps make it so Bicycles despawn back to their original position after being left unattended for say an hour or so, clans may disagree, but bicycles have no purpose besides to transport seeing they don't carry any gear, perhaps would be better to just have them spawn randomly. That or perhaps don't spawn bicycles into the game, and instead make them a vehicle you can actually create, you just need to find say 2 tires and 3-4 scrap metal and it will combine into a bike.. though idk if that is possible to be done in game and could cause a ton of glitches, I honestly think and wish there was a way to counter the hoarding of at least /some/ vehicles from clans, even a little bicycle.

Sorry if this topic is already on the forums. The way infected spawn needs to be reworked for 2 reasons off the top of my head Stealth - Seeing zombies in a town or city is a great way to tell if someone is or has been recently there, making it that much more difficult to wait and jump someone if you're a bandit, or if you're a survivor making easy for players to just camp it waiting for you to leave. Honestly whenever a server restarts all towns should have a based amount of zombies just wandering around it, it shouldn't be barren until someone gets in the spawn radius as I like to call it. Hard to Escape - I can't tell if this is server related, but on some of the servers I go to zombies respawn /really/ fast like insanely fast I go into say a fire station kill the zombies around it loot it wait in there for a couple minutes to see if any other players are coming near exit and zombies are blocking my path again. Though this idea will make it less difficult it doesn't make much sense.. Other ideas I had but not my main concerns/thoughts were having base number of zombies spawned into game based on how many players in server *this has both positive and negative sides * would encourage people to go to lower pop servers to avoid extra zombies but make the higher pop servers which i like to go to much more fun with the extra zeds to worry about. When players die spawn zombies around that area or have zombies within like 100 meters start moving towards the body, when you got knocked out zombies like to run towards you and start munching you, but when you die they just go back to their usual business, would make it more worrying to kill someone in the city in order to loot them, because as soon as you do, even if the zombies don't hear the shots they will start heading towards that body making it dangerous to loot and difficult to escape adding difficult and more "realism" to the game. Sorry for any spelling or grammar errors. If you agree/disagree let me know why or add any ideas to add to this also post them here. And feel free to remove this suggestion if there is already a thread that I missed to see.

I'm fine with it taking so many shots to kill zombies since I can usually line up a headshot pretty easy, but when I'm in a fire fight with a secondary weapon and only like the PDW or G17 can kill a guy after emptying a full clip? thats dumb sorry but it is, I don't have the time to line up multiple headshots with the pistol when im getting shot at with a shotgun or assault rifle. Honestly the only gun I thought that actually needed nerfing was the Lee enfield to make it a 2 shot kill which is what happened because it was basically better than most sniper rifles damage wise with its 1 shot kill anywhere, was just missing a scope, now it takes 2 shots unless headshot. The pistols didn't need nerfing : / nor the shotguns/assault rifles/SMG's. http://dayzdb.com/news/weapon-changes-in-arma2-162 honestly think they should undo all of those cept for enfield.

When I spawned in here with my AKM on a hill a ways from elektro i noticed near me there was 2 guys with ghillie suits killed both of them, one had an M40A3 which from what I know isn't supposed to spawn in game, so i thought that was weird, i got my friends on they had a bunch of stuff, when we were about to leave some guy or 2 sneaks up and kills us all assassin style, now after taking 10 minutes to load *this server takes bloody forever* i spawn in kamenka run to zombies die, spawn in elektro, when i get there i notice huge explosions and fire on the west side of elektro, when i put 2 and 2 together i came to the conclusion there were hackers or some admin taking advantage of the server, please help. *sorry if wrong forum ^_^*
