I'm joining servers and everyone i join it loads it and says "waiting for character to create" should it take long? because i fell asleep for 4 hours and checked it when i woke up and it still said the same thing in the background menu could someone tell me if something is wrong.

i thought i was the only one seeing this i was about to rip my hair out because i thought i did something wrong

okay so i connect to a server and the load screen goes through it loads and it loads and then out of no where a 2nd loading screen pops up and its black and it says "loading" and its full to .... wth is wrong with this :huh: so this time i get past the screen and the something about a weapons file ffs this is pissing me off now when i connect to a server it says wait for character to creat and ive wait over 5 minutes :/

its odd so like you go into operation arrowhead and click expansions and click on @dayz and click enable when it does that go back to expansions and click dayz not @dayz and click enable then thats what i did

okay so i try to connect to a server it tells me that a "bad serial number was given in setup" the thing is I don't remember a serial number nor do i remember getting one i'm new to this game please help okay so i found out i had to enable the expansion in OA and its now saying addon 'day_z' requires CABuildingParts.... what the fuck... please help im at a loss well never mind i found it out but one more thing why am i getting on servers as my login computer name?
