I let it download while at work, and installed it with DayZ in the process. However, when I joined an Origins server, I received the following error: Battleye: Admin Ban W4d9b2182 0x0f44d938. After that, I could not join any server whatsoever. Now, I've noticed that this is in the CBL (if I was looking at it right, Feb 2013), and I'm aware that this can be due to CD Key Theft. I primarily made this one for the Australian and New Zealand audience, but I encourage all international players to come along too. At the moment, I am the only administrator. Depending on the population and such, if it comes down to it, I will recruit a few more admins. A few things about the server: -I will not kick or ban unless solid evidence is provided to me in the form of video evidence or screenshots. Any textual garbage that looks like it was written by a butthurt 12 year old kid will be ignored completely. -If you are caught Alt-F4ing, hacking, exploiting, or duping, and have solid evidence to prove you did it, you WILL be permabanned from the server. Ao appeals. -Restarts will only occur when necessary, and there will be a 5 minute warning prior to all restarts. There are only a few reasons I will restart, and that is to apply server settings, flush out hackers and cheaters, and to install updates. -I encourage teamwork, and minimal PVP. I understand that there will always be banditry, though. It would be nice if people would work together, but I'm not your overlord. Do as you please, as long as you don't cheat.

UPDATE: This server is to be shut down, effective immediately. My Lingor Island server is going live shortly.

If you've got the evidence, just ban the fuckers. That's what I do, and there's been no complaints at all.

Everyone on mine just reported in saying that all of a sudden it was "Incorrect version - server side", even though mine is updated to the max.

I will not, nor will I ever host a server in Australia. Experience has taught me better.

Also, a lot of Vilyaer servers have been unexpectedly crashing, so be warned about that.

Just remember though that it's hosted by Vilayer, so it's in the US. However, I have set the max ping to 500.

Don't even ATTEMPT to connect to Australian servers. They're fucked, plain and simple. US servers is where most of us Aussies are at.
