Displaced (DayZ)

I spent an hour trying to regroup with two of my friends today, I met up with Dennis in Novy Sobor and our friend Sam was in the nearby town of Shakhovka so we decided to meet up in the middle town: Guglovo As me and Dennis approached Guglovo, I bring up my map to figure out our movements for us after we met up with Sam. I sadly never did get round to telling Dennis what were going to do as I heard a Jeep roll down the road. I run for nearest treeline telling Dennis to run and hide, but it was too late. The bandits had exited their vehicle and shot his legs. He tried to fight back but they finished up with a double tap to his head. Yesterday I lost my friend Alex and now I had lost Dennis. There was nothing I could do for him so I ran to the nearest forest. The bandits peppered the ground with sniper fire and automatic fire as I darted into the forest. I could hear the car patrolling the road near the forest as I kept running through the trees and 10 minutes later I stopped to catch my breath and lay down hiding in the bushes expecting the Bandits to be shortly after me. They never did show up and soon I had a chance to take in what had just happened... I would never get the chance to at least bury him or collect the sizeable amount of food we had scavenged. All I had left was Sam. I got my bearings after checking my map and set off to our original meeting point. The route through the forest had set me back another 20 minutes but I eventually met up with Sam and boy was he a wreck. He told me he encountered the bandits down by Dolina when he started making his way towards Guglovo. I shared what little Makarov ammo I had and we proceed to south west. To Staroye. We stuck to the plains after what had happened to Dennis but we had to stop by a small farm for supplies and as we got out, I heard the jeep again. Sam proved to be more urgent than Dennis and managed to hide behind a tree as I dived into a small ditch. The jeep slowed down. "They knew I was here, they must've been tracking me" I thought to myself. But then for the first time I was happy to see a horde of zeds, as they began to swarm towards the loud engine of the jeep. The bandits floored it and left the town but were left with the problem of Sam being dehydrated.We had no water or any drinks and every empty house, farm and barn had no water sources. This dragged on for an hour until Sam had fell to the dehydration. He got back up to only fall over mintues later and this happened several times again. Until, eventually Sam had fallen to the dehydration. I dragged him into a forest and offered him my bullet. He declined insisting that I should save on the am-His voice cut off and his body eased up. He was gone and I found myself once more as the sole survivor. Alex, Dennis, Sam. They were all gone. I am only one left to tell their story. This fucking mod, man.

I lured a group of them chasing me in a car into a infested town. They hopped out and I threw a smoke grenade at them attracting a sizeable horde. I never looked back at them.
