As Long as you use the same ARMA II CD key there shouldn't be any problems. Just install ARMAII and Origins and it should be fine.

My AKM changed into a makarov once, so I had a M1911 in the secondary slot, a makarov in the main slot and I was able to use both ^^ -
I heard the devblog will feature a video of a helicopter being shot down with a Makarov

I once crashed my Ural really bad and while I was getting out of the vehicle it exploded. Nothing happened to me, seems like the get-out-of-a-car animation saved me. -

I'm holding on to that until I saw the video! ontopic: I saw alot of strange things happen after serverrestarts, like exploding or just disappearing cars, players swimming in the ground etc., alpha mod problems

I guess someone shot a makarov round at it. I heard that always kills choppers.

And remember that you run faster with a primary equipped. A player with no weapon / secondary is slower while running than a crouchrunning player with a primary equipped.

It depends on the situation: wilderness: I normally let unarmed players join me if they want, expect they try to lure Zs to me or look at me funny after they found an axe. If both of us are armed I try to avoid them, or try to get into a good postition if they have something worth taking and shoot them. If I am traveling the countryside and a car is approaching on the road, I hide. I don't shoot at driving cars, it takes way too long to find new carwheels -.- city: I don't go into cities where Zs already spawned, I observe and try to spot the survivor, except for elekto or cherno, there are always Zs in elektro and cherno. If I run into someone around a corner I will greed him full auto. Always: Shoot those towelhead Bandits in the face. (even with those "rules" I don't shoot enough people to become a towelhead myself^^) But it always heavily depends on the situation and my mood, if I am alone or in a group etc. (short notice: screaming FRIENDLY FRIENDLY over the voice chat won't help ever) -

Hardest survival map is Namalsk. DayZ+ plays good, but sometimes I miss the fear to be sniped by a .50 bullet. DayZ2017 ... I don't like the strange loottable. Gutting Zs and survivors is ok but I don't believe we run out of AKs or ammo for them ever, while having lots of 1866 Winchesters and Lee Enfields with nearly unlimited ammo to loot. -
- you can't abort while you are incombat, so no combat logging - Alt + F4 = Esc - No graphic glitches from soldiers - play on a whitelisted privatehive to avoid hackers

After reading this thread in the morning, I played DayZ + with 3 friends. We are all playing Namalsk most of the time and DayZ + didn't feel any different from the normal one. We found our automatic weapons with ease in the firestations, a backpack for everyone in a supermarket etc. Loot was not harder to get. It played like DayZ without the fear of heavy military snipers while in cherno / elektro. We started in Kamenka, went through Balota / Cherno / Elektro and all the way back to Zeleno, NWAF to Berezino and back to Elektro (cars, bikes and boats included). We were in a huge and long firefight over the elektro church and we had our loses to the "stronger" Zs (everyone of us killed about 100 Zs today, they hit harder but are in no way "smarter", so still not really a threat), but overall there was nothing special if you compare it to the normal DayZ. - We played on a 35 playerserver with 20-25 people online the most time, we found a lot of damaged and unused vehicles so it was a fresh server -
My first kill was in one of the hotels in cherno, 1st floor. I was waiting for my friends, we wanted to loot a hospital. After arriving in cherno and looting a hotel I found my first ALICE pack on the 1st floor, steadied my M1911 and aimed for the stairs, talking to my friends over TS3, when I heards footsteps on the groundlevel. I quickly began writing in direct chat, that whoever is down there should not come up. After what felt like hours of waiting a lone survivor showed up on the stairs and I put 7 bullets in his back... (before the dmg nerf, where every M1911 bullet could onehit a Z) After realizing what I had done I walked to his corpse to loot him, only to find him unarmed. I shot a new spawned survivor, nothing to loot besides a flashlight. I was really sad the whole day.

A shortrange primary weapon like the M4 or AKS-U with 3 mags in the inventory and 2 in the backpack, secondary weapon with 4-5 mags and rest bandages. No space for another primary in the backpack because I don't set up camps, so everything I have is in the backpack.

Because of the EVR there is even more action around the hospital, and IMO it pushes more people to coop, IF you want to survive you need that blood. The only problem I have with the EVR is that I rarely play Namalsk alone now. -

Bloodsuckers are not that hard, they only move on the ground lvl of buildings, so you are safe on some stairs, a few headshots will bring them to their knees. The Blowout is an interesting event, sometimes you just get unlucky and it blows you away (protip: rolling under a train is not considered "good shelter"). And I love the weapons! The AK107 seems a bit off(aiming), the AKS U SD is my new favorite and I was waiting for the G36 versions for like forever. Didn't try the Asaiga shotgun, but the AKS U with the SVD-scope seems pretty useless. -
We killed a bloodsucker! My buddy and I were heading to the bunker and decided to check the mine because we were running low on water and wanted to refill the canteens. Then we heard it, a deep growl in the woods. We freaked out and ran for the military tower outside the mine. We shot some Zs and stayed at the top of the tower, the creature below us, growling. After 10 min of waiting we decided to run for the ruined building, the growling sound was farer away at that time. At the backside of the building we found a car and decided to get out of there. Then it happened... I was in the driverseat when we hit something on the road. My buddy got ouf the car and confirmed our bloodsucker kill... the problem was that this foul beast was not alone and they lured us away from the car to check the dead bloodsucker. They are hunting in packs and they are fast... so Namalsk Surviors prepare yourselfs! It looked like some STALKER mutant btw, with a tentacle face.

Humanity gain per 15 Minutes removed?

Afaik you gain humanity until you hit 2500, regardless how low your humanity is. The only thing they changed with humanity, is that you will no longer auto-gain humanitry as a hero. Maybe it was a serverside option? -
