There is a hacker on that server causing quite some trouble, not sure how long you were on it; but if you had taken a look around I'm sure you'd have seen a couple dozen jets in any direction you were looking. If they actually have logs of the crash, then there is no question the OP is overreacting. Here's my take: The server crashed at an inconvenient time. While struggling to get the server back up OP and his friends attempt to log in many times, which never works during restarts/crashes. OP mistakes this for foul play and changes name to something rude and spiteful towards the server host/admins. OP complains when brilliant plan backfires and he gets banned.

You should have stopped after the 4th sentence. Everything you posted after has nothing to do with abuse. Your friend stalks them for an hour and a half, then takes their trucks while they're on, but it isn't plausable that they stalked you back to your camp and took your things while you were away for 10 minutes? I'm also not sure what them taunting you after killing you has to do with anything; I mean unless they teabagged your bodies, then its srs bsns

There are a lot of things server admins can't do, and you've listed a couple of them. They can't teleport players/vehicles and they can't rollback servers There is a glitch with Dayz as it is now where sometimes tents don't save after you take things out of them or destroy them; same with vehicles. After a server restart they usually reappear in the last place they were saved at. I had a tent on one server that I had only put up for fun, and to camp for easy kills. Filled it with raw meat, never refilled it. It usually filled itself back up after server restarts, even when I had seen players take the meat out of the tent and left it on their dead bodies

So the guy disconnected after killing your friend? Since he had time to loot the corpse that means you most likely were outside and hadn't engaged him in combat. So what I gathered from your post is that he engaged in combat, looted the body, then logged while he was not in combat? Not quite sure why you feel this is cheating?

How is it unreasonable to record activity when you find something suspicious? Have you seen how many posts of hackers there are on the forums? You find a camp with several vehicles in such an open place as Klem, do you automatically assume that there's nobody around there or that the people around there are playing fair? If you've had any amount of time playing this game you'd know that combat logging and hacking is rampant. Why would you not turn on fraps when approaching a number of vehicles parked in the open?

For everyone logging in with a new character. Only use servers that are connected to the Hive, you are likely using servers connected to Sanctuary which is a completely separate database for people with cracked arma 2 versions. You most likely still have your character on all the hive servers, you just logged into a sanctuary server

Admins do not have the power to kill players(without guns) or teleport You most likely encountered a hacker. That or, an admin with a silenced weapon(or friends) who had just signed in. You are also lacking any proof and any names. What exactly do you think anyone can do about this without a name?

I kind of do this. I shoot them until they become unconscious. Then I loot what I need and bandage them if they had a bandage on them. All the times I've been able to do this, they've either alt+f4 while unconscious; or they respawned shortly after I left. Not too fun if they don't have to go through the trouble of living

just a heads up, painkillers don't cure shock; the only solution is waiting 5 minutes. Painkillers only help with the shaking screen you get after taking damage, not to be confused with the shaking screen you get after running/walking for a while or the shaking from having a low temperature.

You seem to have taken too much insult to what Zipper said to actually read it. Here is what Zipper's compact and eloquent post is expressing to you. You stated in your original post that: If the admin had "shut the server down" then the helicopter would have despawned, so it would not be there anymore. Therefore the wording in your original post leads to the obvious conclusion that the admin could not possibly have been looting it, because it wouldn't have been there. So your rude post towards Marker was uncalled for, as Marker had made the only logical conclusion from your provided information. Hopefully expressing a 2 lined post in a 8-9 lined post helped you understand better exactly what you wrote; and how you didn't previously understand it. Now on topic: Did you and your friends recieve a message stating "You have been kicked from the server" If not, then this was a server restart; and the admin could not possibly have looted the heli.

Is there proof the tent in question is being used for server hopping? Do you have any names you can provide, or proof as to who's tent it is? What makes you think that this tent isn't being used to clear loot so that more may spawn for the next person to happen across the barrack? I set up tents near all the large loot locations on the servers I play on. Whoever loots the spots is more than welcome to move all the junk into the tents so that loot may respawn for the next survivor. Next post I'm expecting is: "Found a winchester in a barn it obviously belonged a hacker who upgraded to a hacked in gun"

Did you not read the thread at all before replying? We have already stated we did not have shock before logging off. It is extremely hard to miss the very large shock symbol on the right side of the screen when you have it. Instead the game is knocking out players for no apparent reason

The dots are most likely zombies/players recruit level servers let you see zombies through objects/terrain regular level servers let you see zombies just out of the bounds of your screen

Honestly I don't feel like searching through his many posts to find one particular one, that doesn't mean anything though. Why would you assume that you are allowed to go outside of the map? Do you assume that you're allowed to combat log, hack the game, or dupe items? It is common sense, that outside of the map, is outside of the map. As long as a server admin has a good reason behind a ban(IE: Breaking server rules by going outside of map) then he can ban you from his server. You guys do realize that you admitted to using an exploit right in this thread, correct? Rocket has stated that using the edges of the map to hide cars/tents is obviously not allowed. Why would you be allowed to go outside of the map to hide things from other players. It doesn't matter how long you were planning on putting it out there, you still hid stuff out of bounds. I'm not sure you guys realize how bad this defence sounds. Later on I'm gonna go drive my truck around town with an open bottle of beer in it; it should be fine though, i'll only have a quarter of the bottle left.

I've killed wenz a few times, he's never teleported back for me. But there is a glitch where dead bodies remain standing, I'm guessing thats what happened to you. Also, if you have that camp near Klen then you might want to move it. You won't always get nice bandits who chuck raw meat and pepsi into your tents lol
