    This happened to me on Seattle 8 within the last 24 hours. I can say for a fact that four friends and I (who were on Skype) all simultaneously teleported far off the ground and then dropped. The impact damage killed us all instantly. This apparently happened to everyone on the server because we got messages saying everyone was killed.
