I thought morphine infinitely spawned in the boxes in the hospital? If you can't see it make sure you've picked up everything off the ground around the box or it won't open. I visited a hospital many times to try and find morphine before the ninja zombies broke my legs' date=' no morphine at all. Got myself every single toolbelt item, but no morphine. I don't have an issue with broken bones, in fact I think it's a great mechanic, but morphine does need to actually spawn....
