I think you need to use antibiotics? If you got below temperature I think there is a possibility to get an infection.

I drove my bike over a trash pile and it tipped over, its laying on its side on the trash pile. I can save it but it I can't get on it. How do I make it upright again?

Happened to me too. In the top floor of industrial buildings, zombies hit me through walls causing me to bleed and killing me. Very sad.
