    AS50 vs SVD Camo

AS 50! Even though its Scope is bugged. http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/36828-as50-mil-dots-and-ranging/

It maybe works up to 500-600 Meters but for everything above its useless. A couple of times I zeroed the gun to 900-1000 Meters because the target was 2 Mils high and shot way over. The crosshaire is just to big. Just look at this. http://imgur.com/a/G7ZmF#0

It seems to me that many people think DayZ is some sort of MMO where u can run arround all day and farm shit. Well...its not. And btw: Reading threads like this makes me enjoying PK´s even more.

No, the zeroing is fine. The Mil dots are just wrong.

I know how the mil system works. ;) But like I said, the scalling of the AS50 scope is wrong.

Ok, I found the problem. The Scope of the AS50 is bugged. http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?137307-BAF-Scope-Crosshair-on-AS50-wrong-size-miscalibrated&p=2189845#post2189845 Mil-Dots don´t work for this rifle. :( In order to make a precise shot you have to use a rangefinder or map waypoint. I hope BIS will fix this issue soon.

Of course im zeroing, thats not the problem. The problem is, how can I measure the range of a target by using the Mil Dots of the Scope (zoomed).
  10. Hey, I have a problem measuring the distance of a target when using the AS50 zoomed. There seems to be no correction table for the AS50 so I used the table for the M107 (zoomed) but im always way over the target. http://www.armaholic.com/brazil/misc_utilities/Sniperrifle_Correctiontables.pdf The only way for me to measure the distance is using waypoints which is kinda lame. So my question is: Is there any kind of Mil Table for the AS50?
