    So this is somthing i have done in the past to help, Go to Start > Documents > Arma 2 > ArmA2OA Look for GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1000; GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=2; That is my default. Change both of these options to 1. GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1; GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1; That should help with FPS. the only other thing i can think of would make sure Shadows and all of your settings are are the lowest possible and Anti-ails off Vsynch off. and so on Hope this helps.
