DMR one shot?

I know the DMR does 8k damage which is not a one shot kill but does one shot always make the target unconscious?

Yes, ive closed it after i launch the game to no avail. Same problem.

I will play the game for 2-5 minutes (dayz or arma 2) and the game will run fully smooth. After that timeframe however, my fps will drop very low for a couple seconds and then go back up to playable levels.

Any idea on how to fix this issue?

My computer seems fully capable of running this game, as the fps is smooth and constant for the first few minutes. Also, if the graphical settings are put down very low, the same issue will occur.

Seattle 131, join the server in any location and you will be dead within seconds. Server is very low populated and location does not seem to make a diff in if you die or how long it takes.

Happened at around 3pm EST.

I really don't mind that I lost some progress, but I really don't want to be unsure if i will die for no reason because of the server.
