hi is it possible to use a car or truck as a storing place like a tent? do the vehicles despawn/respawn after a while or does the gear get lost?

running for 5 of 6 days (ca. 50h) with the following gear. really like the primary weapons in combination. -M24 -AK Kobra -G17 -Alice -All tools except for the GPS -Scope, meat, medical supply, etc. highest amount of ammuntion at the same time was: AK 9 mags M24 5mags 3 frag grenades. just 3 AK mags left, but fought many firefights and killed a bunch. to get ghile and rangefinder would be nice, too.

got the newest beta patch and now im in debug forest so i can help myself by now. thanks if it´s because your help spawn me somewhere else

hi there, i´m searching for some players to group with, or to join a already existing group. i´m 22 and really like mature teamplay. i played OFP, ARMA :( and ARMA2 and since two weeks i´ve got it again with OA and just right got into dayz. in this weeks i´ve got much experience in dayz ( at least i think so ;) ) would be nice, if there´s somebody out there who´s interested. i´m also intersted in english speaking clans/ groups, but my spoken english, espacially in the rush of combat, isn´t very well but understandable at least. In reading and listening i´m pretty comprehensive, so you shouldn´t have to worry about that i can´t understand. it´s over four years ago i left school and have to speak english. so please have mercy xD WAITING FOR PLAYER RESPONSE ;)

hey there, are you walking through the woods and sneaking into villages all the time alone and wishing theres a mate cover your six and give a lifesaving transfusion, if you need. then this is may be the right place to find somebody for the next few hours to share some chilling zombie apocalypse atmosphere with. i made this up because i´m not in any group or clan like many others. sometimes i´m really bored running around all alone for hours and head up from place to place. and it´s a dead issue to ask in sidechat to team up with some others in TS . but first of all, it should have to be a fast and simple way to team up with other players for a temporary group to hunt bandits or raid or loot some places, etc. .teamplay is much more fun and this is a way to do so without being in a speacial community or having any obligations except for cover your mate and being an adult teamplayer. i think it should be done so, that someone posts to form for example a banditgroup or a raidinggroup in for example the next 40min. everyone whos interesting send him a PM and he will deliver a TS adress or something else to communicate and so on. i think you also should tell from which continent you are because of ping. alos i think everyone who meets up with some other guy and kills him should be listed here. that´s no "hey let´s meet up and i run a bullet into your brain and grab your gear" thread. well, lets make the beginning. i´m searching for trustful people to form a group in the next 30-45min to loot some hotzones and may be hunt some bandits. playing on all european servers. i´ve got TS and i´m speaking english and german.

Survivors are the most frequent cause of dying for me (I never shoot first!!!). Made the experience that, if you have weapons better than enfield or winchester, 9 of 10 survivors are going to kill you because of it. Even groups do so. If a bandit kills me deep in the woods far away from everything it´s ok, even if I owned decent items. But, if i greet a survivor and he salutes back and shoot me 1min later in my neck, i often tkink about how sneaky you have to be, to do so... You should be asked at the beginnig if you want to be bandit or not. if not, you should be unable to kill other survivors or something like that. At least the best cover as murderer is: Meet with someone with decent weapons as a survivor and kill him. Play another 1-2 hours (hunting,...) till your humanity raised up to normal LVL and you got your survivor skin back and do so again. This possibility shouldn´t be given to players. So I already like Bandits more than survivors and i´ve never been one by myself except for one short time caused by self defence.That´s because if I see bandits, I actually know they´re going to kill me. Also I don´t want to kill every survivor who´s crossing my way because of misstrust. The only way to pretend this, is the Lone Ranger Way and that sucks after two weeks of playing.
