It's because you don't have full clips in your backup mags. When you reload it takes some of the ammo from what you have in your inventory.

I could have been the person that killed you guys, because I was in Elektro at night and there were a ton of flares all around, and I did kill three people all in the same clan a little while ago.

It's something like 5 murders to become a bandit, and doing some things (like killing a bandit) can raise your humanity, so it may take more kills than that.

There once was a man named Herb. He spent his time in the NWAF looting the barracks, and all of a sudden he heard a gunshot. He kept hearing more gunshots, and after about 10 minutes of hearing gunshots, someone walked into the barracks Herb was still inside. Because Herb was not stupid, he hid in a room with the door shut looking outside the window and door at the same time. He knew the person was in the room because he heard the gunshots right outside, and some bullet casings even came through the door infront of him. After about 5 more minutes, the guy is finally done looting the place and leaves. Herb looks out the window, sees the man, and starts spraying bullets into him. Then the man magically disappears infront of Herb and Herb leaves into the woods and logs out, much like the man he shot.

I've only ever been sniped once, by any sniper, in this game after two weeks of playing. The one time I did get sniped I was ontop of the school in elektro and deserved every bit of it.
