What do you mean by "troll"wires?

Couple more questions that I forgot about the first time, can you interact with items in the world? (i.e. sit down) Can you barricade rooms? And can you change your characters clothing and body armor, and actually change the appearance of your character model?

So, I'm thinking about downloading this game, but I had some questions, and I figured, "Where better than the games official board? Anyway, basically, I'm just wondering a few things. Are there melee weapons? How many players do the servers average? Is every building accessible? Can you set up tents and campfires to spend nights? That's pretty much all I wanna know, and I don't feel like lurking a bunch of links and stuff to find answers. I'm not 100% sure if this is the right section of the board, but I'd appreciate answers even if it's not. Thanks in advance guys.
