I target everyone equally no matter whether they are unarmed or geared to the teeth. Hmm I guess you are right. It has been brought up many times already. *Edit* Up to 115 murders now too fyi.

I'll tell you ALL where you can find me, and soon. But i'll be ready and waiting.... I'll congratulate whoever kills me, and if i'm killed by a hacker or some sort of bug... well then i'll consider it a success and that I wasn't able to be killed by regular means, which is sad... But hey, i'm not a sore loser. I've died before and death doesn't bother me at all. While i'm alive, i'll be murdering more and more every day untill i'm killed.

I did, its at the top of page 5. Thanks :-) I use an AS50, MK48, M9SD and a few hand grenades. I also have NVG and a rangefinder... Although I'm getting pretty good at guessing ranges now.

Tell me you didn't just compare killing in real life to killing in a video game... I think I get the point... This game would be way less fun for me, you and everyone else if people weren't doing what I do. At least i'm straight up about it and don't "backstab" people after being helped by another survivor. I merely "facestab" them instead if you will. If I can do whatever I wan't whilst surviving, then what's the problem? Your main goal is "just surviving", my main goal is murdering and surviving. As Squirelli said above, it is a sand box game... So yes I kill everyone I see and I take things off them when I need them. Is that not banditry?

There's nothing wrong with it? It is indeed an AS50.... Do you know why I use it? Because its 100% disconnect proof if you hit your target. My previous best was just over 30 and I was mainly using assault rifles. About 50% of people I shot, or shot at disconnected.... The AS50 and M107 are the only two that stop this happening.

Alright, so here you go. HD video as requested: Like i mentioned earlier it's only very short and i've only got the trial of fraps. It's just me and my friend running through a field on the way to our destination in the dark. goes for 12 seconds. Edit: It's not so bad on 1080p, should be much better once it's brightened up.

We used to but they were despawned in one of the previous patches. Never really liked them though to be honest, they're not that great for anything around 200-300m, but the thermal makes it tricky to use sub 200m (at least i found anyways) and kind of lacks firepower & the projectile speed is quite slow. It's still pretty easy to spot without them I find. It is however, advantageous for spotting at long distance. I'll give it that.

Thanks! You know considering i've been alive over 24 days now, that's roughly 5 murders a day on average... not exactly outrageous. I agree many of the "good" known sniping spots on the coast are in fact extremely dangerous, which is why I never go to them... I try to think of spots people would least expect to be attacked from, and go there. Sometimes it's 800m away, other times is 100m away. That being said no particular spot is perfect and i've been shot at / shot numerous times, i've just been lucky in the sense that it hasn't been with a high enough calibre weapon and i've always had my buddys to back me up. We usually run as a group of 4, if we need to split / cover each other its groups of 2 where each individual stays around 20-50m apart, and about 200m from other team. We are all pretty dynamic due to gear we've obtained over time and can fulfil a number of roles each when needed. However as a general rule one will wield a sniper rifle, the other a LMG / Assault rifle. the Assault takes on the role of spotter and range finds for the sniper, but the sniper is also carrying an assault rifle / LMG and can switch if enemies close by are spotted and the extra suppression / firepower. As far as where? We're always mobile. One day we'll hit up Berezino & the NEAF, the next NWAF, Lopatino & Vybor, the day after Cherno & Elektro, then Stary / Novy Sobor etc etc. Aaaanyways, If you want to know more i'll be happy to tell you if you shoot me a PM, or anyone for that matter. Not saying i'm the best player ever and we are the best crew or whatever, but it seems to be working for me / us so far. Very short video coming soon.

I'll talk to my crew tonight when I get home from work and get back to you. Well considering roughly 15% of deaths in this game are from murders, and most bandits murder more than just a few people each, my ratio of bandit kills to murders is pretty reasonable if you ask me.

Oh and yesterday I got to witness my friend break 2 survivors legs by running them over in his pickup, then shoot them as they tried to crawl away. I love this game sometimes.

Actually, I don't have a "gay as fuck wookie costume" :-) Well no, I just avoid Z's where I can by sneaking around rather than going around guns blazing and attracting attention to myself... I set myself a goal of 100 murders in a single life, something I thought was unachievable. But hey, here I am, and I'm proud of my effort. Now I'm going to see how far above that I can get before my demise. Thanks to all those that congratulated me, much appreciated. To the others? Well let's be honest, haters gonna hate.

Exactly, patience is the key and I never roll solo. This is 23 days worth of killing... I'm surprised I haven't been killed yet actually seeing as ive been shot on 3 different occasions and rescued by friends. I've bled to below 1k twice whilst bandaging myself after being shot / killing my attacker.

Actually, It's just luck... I've been shot on 3 separate occasions this current life and each time i've survived because i've been firing from cover or with a friend and they haven't been able to shoot me a second time to finish me off (well, one shot me with a pistol but thats different). #1. I was hiding behind a low wall and got shot in the chest with a DMR, which knocked me out but my friend next to me went prone behind the wall and bandaged me. Another friend of ours nearby shot and killed the attacker shortly after. I survived. #2. I was getting into position and whilst sneaking around a corner I almost stepped on someone who was prone just around the corner and we saw each other at the same time. They shot me in the leg, again with a DMR, as I went full auto point blank with my MK48, and killed them. Because I was hit in the leg it didn't knock me out and i bandaged myself, ate some meat to put me above 4k blood so i was no longer passing out, then my buddy hooked me up with a transfusion. #3. I heard someone sneaking up on me and as I spun round they put a few rounds into my legs and chest with their pistol, and again I killed them with my MK48. Wasn't knocked out, bandaged myself. Recieved transfusion later. I could have easily died all 3 times if things were a little different, or if they had bigger guns.

Don't stay in the same spot too long Always fire from cover and never out in the open (even if you're wearing a ghile suit you should stand in / next to a bush or tree) Never play solo Take time to aim your shots and wait for the right opportunity, don't just go nuts with your gun firing as many shots as possible till you see your murder count increase by 1. Don't get greedy Don't get cocky :D :thumbsup:

There's something oddly satisfying about killing people in this game... When I first started playing my friends advised me to kill anyone I see because they would more than likely want to kill me and take my stuff. Sure enough I did, and I've been shot and killed my fair share of times too... Until now. Maybe its the fact that the game revolves around perma death and knowing that the person you've just killed has lost everything they've worked hard to get (or stolen off someone else?). But murder is by far the most entertaining part of this game. I have all the gear I need to survive, and can live off the land so I never need to go into town any more, so now I move from town to town, observe from a distance and kill anyone I see. Most of the time people have nothing I want, I just kill them for "sport" I guess. I travel in a group, I don't back down from firefights nor log out. I've been shot, and on the brink of death but was rescued by my group. I'm careful and always have someone covering me and I scour my location before setting up to kill people. Sometimes I set up in random spots and counter snipe, snipers. Other times ill see someone running along the coast unarmed. I'll use them as target practice, they probably have nothing to lose anyways. Other times ill snipe people getting supplies from super markets. My favourite moment would have to be a close range gunfight where it was 3v1 and I killed all 3. My partner was shot and I managed to kill the others and save his life before he bled out. I killed the first 2 with my MK48 without them even seeing me, however the last guy saw me just as I saw him, and we had an epic duel in the forrest. We both ducked behind trees and took potshots zipping in and out of cover, there were bullets hitting around me everywhere and hitting the tree I was behind. I took a risk and didn't duck behind cover after a few bursts and when he popped out I hit him with a round in the shoulder. I saw him fall over and I sprinted the 20m to him and put a burst in his chest and a few in the face for good measure. I then turned around and sprinted to my friend who was luckily only hit with small arms which knocked him out on about 6k blood. I saved him with 1k to spare. My heart was racing.... I'm up to 34 murders this life so far, and I'm aiming for 50. Is anyone else as heartless as I am?
