I'd suggest doing what LVG says then.

Right click ARMA 2:OA in your steam library, click Properties, click Local Files, click Verify Integrity of Game Cache. It'll restore any missing game files.

There's even the rule that server admins can't ban for suspected hacking. There's no proof that OP hacked the items in. Therfor he cannot be banned.

I remember him, his twitch account was APBDoobie. Hacks in APB and scripts in DayZ. He's done this in an official server before.
