    Rocket, what's the deal with the weapon damage issue? I know you know about it. I saw you respond to it on reddit. Is it an issue you can't fix, or aren't willing to?

    That's not true. I found all my weapons, gear, and ammo legit. Ghillie, DMR, GPS, etc etc... Never duped a thing. Actually just got taken out last week.. Back to square one, Pucker and run! :thumbsup:

    Yeah I have the same problem. Latest beta or battleeye update bjorked the game. Was playing it fine fourteen hours ago.

  5. 1. I wouldn't stand in open fields in the first place. Easiest way to get shot. 2. 200-300 meters is likely a bit exaggerated on your part. 3. Their eagle vision was actually even worse on 7.2.0. It's since been reduced 20% 4. Sneak moar.

    Hatchets as a secondary weapon (pistol slot)

    +1 to OP I do not think it needs another special slot for melee however. Players can pretty much establish that a primary weapon is for PvP, and sidearms are for Zeds. Using the hatchet as a replacement to the sidearm is a worthy alternative. That way, we can still retain a primary weapon for monsters of the human variety.

    With a spawning distance of 100-200m, a player given the option of spawning in on the edge of the range of the tower knows there is someone very, very close. This distance is easily within range of about every primary weapon in the game. Unless the tower operators are given some sort of cue about incoming players, then no, the incoming player is at a very high advantage over the camped survivors. How about instead of all out preventing spawning around the radius of broadcast, it would instead give an auditory warning that someone spawned in within range. That way the person coming in isn't made aware of the location unless they are looking for it visually. The camp remains covert, and the broadcast tower still serves an viable purpose.

    Ideas for underground bases

    I really like the underground base idea. The fact that Rocket mentioned it makes me think that he believes it's possible on the Arma II engine. I see the underground base as a nondescript manhole out in the woods somewhere. OP's ideas are pretty good, and my addition to it would be a locking system to keep people out. Imagine a three digit padlock on the base entrance that you could give the combination to your clan / buddies. It's secure, however, it is not unreachable. If some rivals took their time, they could figure out the code. 10 * 10 * 10 combinations to the lock. That's a thousand different combos, but they'd be exposed while trying to figure it out. Pretty fair.
