    I went through at least 15 servers raiding one of the barracks at the NWAF trying to get a sniper rifle. I gave up, walked into the hangar and was about to disconnect for the night because it was pitch-black and zombies were chasing me. But instead I decided against that and killed the zombies instead went to check the loot and M24. I say it's all luck.

    Has anyone tried doing this? This tutorial should help you get significant performance increases on DayZ by using an application called RAMDisk, which creates a virtual hard drive on your RAM. DayZ is less than 400mb, so you sacrifice very little RAM to do this.

    I just posted this on /v/ so I might as well repost here. I made it all the way to the NWAF and raided the barrack in the middle of the night to avoid being seen, and I'm in the second last room from the end when suddenly some cunt throws a chemlight in the last room. So I faced the door and wait for him to walk in. Unloaded half a M4A1 CCO mag into him, then he disconncted. Knowing he is a little server-hopping bitch I knew he was going to try and ghost me by rolling behind me on a different server, so I turned around and sure enough about 1 and a half minutes later he spawns in my crosshairs. Killed him. Like a bitch.

    So I'm playing on Seattle 30, heading towards Stary; when suddenly a Helicopter flies over me. I get on the ts3 chat and ask who has the helicopter, when about a minute later I hear a loud rumbling noise. I'm thinking to myself "What the fuck is that", when suddenly a jet flies over me. Abort.

    Keep your body temp high. It's not even that hard. I think my character has always been at 42c since he spawned roughly 4 days ago.
