Albatros (DayZ)

Occasionally I'll just be playing and my graphics will just become utter shit. Complex models become shitty 3D polygons, building interiors missing, trees become 2D sprites. And the worst part, my FPS drops to around 3. Is this a known bug? Any fixes?

I mean really? You see me running with a MK 48 wearing a ghillie and expected me not to see you when I suddenly darted around a corner when you stepped out? You wait for me camping the doorway, while I shoot you through a window and killed you - one shot, headshot - and you still have the nerve to ALT-F4 even after you're dead? Also RIP to my buddy that died due to glitching through the church, flying up in the air, then shattering everybone in his body. Only to be kicked by battleye numerous times before he could manually hit respawn. Also RIP to his ghillie and M249. You have no idea what I had to go through to get a ghillie post-patch.

Stole someone's bus, took an AS50 and about 15 mags out and put it into my tent, parked the bus on the other side of the mountain. Next day find a tractor and drive it back to the bus, someone had stolen my bus but left his car there. Got in the car, everything green but no wheels. Obvious douche swapped the car for a bus and shot out the tires. Checked the gear in the car, 2 MK48 Mod 0's, 1 AS50, an M107, a tonne of supplies and car parts. Idiot swapped vehicles for a worse vehicle and forgot his gear as well. Simply took the wheels out and put them on and drove off and hid it better.

The ranges stated for sound is the radius zombies will hear the gun and be attracted to you. For example, the AS50 is relatively quiet to players, but very loud to Zombies.

I'm in the 300 man DayZ TS3 server and in the lobby there is a guy named iG josh discussing with someone called Brendan hacking. iG josh is spawning in objects and items apparently. They're joining US 520 now.

Just spent around 4 hours on a server just fucking around having fun. Starts off with me finding some guy in Cherno supermarket who I teach how to use a flashlight and open his bag. Then I run into another guy and we start chatting on teamspeak. We're down at Balota airfield, just raided it with my new friend and the noob from the supermarket heading back to Cherno when suddenly over side chat : PARTS BUS MAKING TRIP TO ELEKTRO. We reply back instantly asking for a pickup, and 5 minutes later we're in a bus with a green car following. We are now all on teamspeak having loads of fun, there was a moment where my game crashed and the convoy waited. When I rejoin someone vaulted onto the green car and shattered his legs and was knocked out, so we gave him morphine and I started dragging him for the lols. Suddenly the dragging animation cuts out and I'm able to sprint around or crawl and roll while he's still connected to my feet. I get into the car still dragging him and we drive about 500m when I get out he teleports to me. Unfortunately when I drop him he teleports back to where I originally picked him up. So we backtrack, and I'm now driving the bus. After a long hilarious trip we arrive at the NWAF. We accidentally drive past the southern barracks because it's dark and we can't see it so we decide to check the northern one straight up. Nothing interesting. We decide to check the two northern hangars and suddenly THERE'S A HELI IN ONE. We are all excited as kids in a candy store and I hop in first to check the condition. EVERYTHING RED. NO FUEL. Great. I head out and grab some parts in the bus, and two of the other guys head off in the green car for parts. We arrive back with all the parts and 16 jerry cans ready to get this monster going. I take the heli out, park near the fuel tank and after a brief [fuck no, it took forever to fill the heli] moment, we take off. We head all around the map, checking everything picking up randoms and even landing on the 100mx100m island 11000m off the SE coast. It's around 12:30 when I land in a safe location and leave the Huey to my two friends to fly while I log off and sleep. Paranoid as fuck they're going to crash it. Anyone want screens?

Side chat should be disabled, and be enabled by having a radio. But yeah, shit happens. Once I was meeting a guy from /v/ on the hospital in Berezino. It was dark as shit literally no stars in the sky and he was a ghillie sniper with NVG. We're on roof, trading and talking when suddenly Bam. Bullet right through my face. Assumed it was him but didn't say anything immediately because I was in disbelief, when suddenly he shouts contact and engages another player, killing him. 3 players. 2 of them us. In utter darkness. All at the exact same place at the same time. What were the chances?

I wish I was a hacker, so I could spawn a ship in the middle of a field. I'd call it Skadovsk, and set up a bar in it. We'd allow bandits and stalkers survivors alike, but your gun must be lowered at all times. Free to trade anything. There would be a doctor with a Hemoglobin addiction and a alcoholic gun technician, as well as a guy who sells extremely rare items for an absurd amount of money Mountain Dew.

Most heli's have 1-2 Bizon's and 1-2 FN FAL's. It does get annoying. Although now I have an M249 I found at one.

It all started a few days ago, my friend DamNed was reporting someone was stealing things from his tents. But today he logged in, and was greeted by someone destroying his ATV and he was promptly killed. This was unacceptable. DamNed scouted the area and found some tents that were quickly Identified as containing the missing items. He set up ambush and informed me quickly. I arrived on location with my M249 SAW and waited roughly 10 minutes before we decided they probably weren't even on the server. As we get up to leave I take one look back at the tents and notice a blue van driving directly at us. It sees us and immediately turns, I shout to DamNed 'VAN' and we both quickly open fire as the van attempts to flee. The van flees 780m before the wheel takes a hit and two occupants are killed before they even get out. Slaughter, and Stinkfinger. How unlucky they must've been, but their friend manages to escape. I was 400m away from him flanking when DamNed gets a visual and opens fire but runs out of ammo, the final person escaping into the forest south. He quickly loot some small things off them, take their own M203 and use it to destroy their van. We then hid the bodies and walked off into the distance in victory.

Sacriel, Oshi and Fhrope

I've got two kills currently. One from a serverhopper inside a barracks who had just killed my friend, and another from a sniper laying in a tree-line watching a field. I would expect these both to be bandits, but apparently the serverhopper dc's at the first sign of danger or sticks to very empty servers and the sniper is either really bad or had just started.
