  2. I was walking around north of Cherno yesterday, clearing out the three barns there, when I heard the thunderous sound of a .50 cal weapon being shot south of my position. I turned my head against where the sound was coming from and waited for it to explode once more. The anticipation and excitement got me tingling until I heard two shots in rapid succession being shot from what seemed like Vysota. I had been there before, laying down shots on unexpecting survivers and knew exactly where I was heading. I sprinted as fast as I could straight towards the clearing in the small forest, thinking of how much I was looking forward to retire my old Lee Enfield. As I got nearer more shots fired - the sound was deafening - but I continued. Suddenly I saw what I was looking for; a man laying down on the grass with a screaming monster of a gun between his hands. It spit out deadly projectiles that could tear a man in half a mile away. Oh, how I longed to make that beast my own. I simply couldnt risk him finish his own prey and get away, so I swiflty crept towards him. Could I take the shot or should I get closer? No, I couldnt risk him seeing me - I took aim. The iron sights closed in around him - I fired. Swoff - dirt took to the air. I aimed once more. BANG! It seemed like forever until the recoil dissipated and was able to look for my target once more. He was gone. Disconnected.. Well, lesson learnt. Never even consider that you might have to shoot twice. Always get close enough to be sure you hit the head, even if there would be no chance of your potential victim coming out of the encounter alive. You might just have a disconnecter in your sights. This happened on Norway 9 yesterday, and I even looked for him on the other Norwegian servers, but he was gone. A damn shame since that was some really fat loot.. /QQ
