get a mid tower room for expansion but not overly large i'd say it will probs cost you just under $500

with AA and PP on ultra i can assure you will not be able to get 80-90

i highly recommend you dont get that processor its cheap for a reason the microarch is crap. Also sounds like a prebuild because no-one would put that GPU in a pc. what I would do is get a 4300 and 7770/650ti boost
