I like this guy. He has an RP story to go with his banditry. So you see not all PK-er's are douchebags. Some are very nice people role-playing (like in above example) a guy defending his shop. Think about that next time you are killed from a shot out of nowhere.

As long as it written well I dont think many would object to you posting your DayZ adventures. I read one guys "story" the other day and it was written: like this like so we were like near this town with this huge thing in the middle, me and Sean were like woooah then DAMMMM a gunshot and then we were like oMG! Dave then said BAALLZZZ and lay down in the grass. Then it was all like LoooOOL as we were eaten by zombies... Yeah not a fun read. -

You said it. Thing is at first I was thinking "cool" a UK server admin who is quite active on the forums might login to UK8 sometime. Read a few of your posts and know that I dont want to even try UK8 anymore. But then you're probably thinking "ah dumb fuctard dont want you on my server anyway." All good.

Yeah and then it goes all down your front. Try to clean it off but spread it everywhere instead. Then get shot when someone confuses you for a zombie. Its almost like playing an annoying AAA mod alpha game that no-one has tested. So infuriating. Fix it.

I hate car / restaurant analogys when it comes to discussing games. Or anything for that matter. So over used. Why can seemingly everything be related back to cars and food?

No matter how much you try to direct people to search for existing threads they will start new ones. Maybe its because their issue is slightly different to those they read in other threads. Who knows. People are told not to necro or bump posts too. What if a thread is old but deals directly with their problem. Should they bump it / necro it? That would be poor forum etiquette right? Start a new thread? Why not. Thats why you see so many posts with an opening paragraph with "I have searched but couldnt find..." or "please dont flame me if this has been discussed already" Come on this is an internet forum. Expect the same posts over n over again. Get used to it.

I know I can just crawl off a building or into a some of zombies and get killed. Or click respawn. But how about an option (if I have a handgun or even a primary weapon) to put gun to head and pull trigger. Especially with a group of friends around this would be cool. I cant stand up, <3k blood, keep passing out, vision is blurry.... friends take my stuff and leave me here with a makarov and a bullet. They walk off. Sound of a gunshot echoes. Birds fly from some trees. Epic.

Why say suck it up to the whiners while whining about them? Being the mature alpha testers we all are (yeah right) shouldnt we be able to suck it up when it comes to all the daft threads from people not understanding its an alpha. Like the guy above said just dont read/reply to them. These kinds of people are to be expected. Moreso with an alpha mod. Theres finished games out there with worse whiners ffs. I dunno...

I live in the UK and have grown up on Hollywood movies that talk about Twinkies. Earliest I remember is Ghostbuster and ofc more recently Zombieland. It was after watching Zombieland that I was determined to eat a Twinkie after all these years. Tried one. Fucking disgusting. Was the Hostess brand make. It was like eating loft insulation with warm jizz in the middle. Actually made me sick. So yeah add Twinkies if you like but they aint all that. Even Woody Harelsson couldnt eat them cos he's a veggie. Disclaimer: I havent actually tasted warm jizz
