I don't kill unarmed persons, and well, i don't stay at shore for over 5mins, just find food'n'drink and leave, but i see why bandits doesn't rob peoples. Usually survivors everyone disconnect when you try to do that, or they try to make a run for it.

boats are useless, especially fishing boats. The military one is only decent. All you accomplish is getting sick and die.

Fuck no. Fresh spawn, i run like a madman to north, checking couple of deerstands and one supermarket. At this point i usually have alice and ak, then i go like a madman to stary or nwaf and find gear. After that, i calm my self down.

I sugget that you learn by yourself. Stay hidden, learn the behavior of your pray and shoot to the head. That gets you far :)

i actually lolled. The video title is not ''sniping a group of bandits'' anymore, its "Dayz sniping very long distance". I guess my 1km+ shots (to moving target, its HARD) are not that great then :/ I have to move to south and change my m107 to cz, then i have to go to assault rifle distance and then open fire. :(

Really? A tutorial? If somebody plays on PC and doesn't know about graphic options, then he should go back to consoles <_<

End of a map is actually hills and plains. After a while you hit invisible wall and thats it.

I use ingame map and my eyes. But then again i know west and north so well that i manage with out map :P

When we go to raid Stary Sobor, we park our car at lada spawn.. Most ppl don't see it since its right under their eyes and if somebody spots it, our overwatch can handle it easily. And to the DC problem, i had to change from my DMR to .50 (no more night sniping :() so that when somebody disconnects, he/she is gone for good.

Minor offtopic, but if they are not zombies, why in the hell does official webpage call them zombies :huh: http://i.imgur.com/nAPbC.png Personally i don't see any problem with the system there is now (as in 1.7.2.3). They are pretty damn easy to lose, just run to the hills or go trough some building.

I've never seen a single guy up in the north, that really cares about friendly stuff, and i don't blame them. I don't think my self as a bandit, but still i'll shoot on sight, especially in starry / NWAF. But i do agree, every time you see survivor up there, you get a nice adrenaline rush. Today i got ambushed two times by same guy with m14, he shot like 20 shots at me while i was zigzagging in the fields, then flanked to his six and killed him, it was so exiting and fun. And i think that moments like this makes this game so awesome! e: And all the serverhoppers, alt+f4ers and other exploiting fuckers, please find a rope and hang your self :/ e2: and that guy who said that "bandits" in this game are the guys who are afraid of murder someone in IRL, do the thing above. e3: I don't understand why one would camp in cherno and kill fresh spawns, that's just lame. If you don't have balls to fight pvp up in the north, then you shouldn't go to coast to kill noobs :/

We found 4 at one day, sooo rare.. But nobody felt like using it, so we just tossed those weapons to a lake.. But really, i've never heard anybody using that weapon for long, i don't even feel that its a threat. It would be more of a threat if it wouldn't have that zoom. Then i would call it OP. Overall its not that rare and it's annoying to use = it's not a big deal :/
