I think an old abandon complex is a great idea :D has to have a bazillion zeds in it though so impossible on your own :D and should be the only places to get the higher tier weapons :D

Loot has a re-spawn timer and distance I believe...it means someone has looted it within the last 5-10min and wont re spawn while your near it like 100/50m?? just run away for a bit then come back should re-spawn :)

I cant see what a passive NPC would be to the game other then another target to shoot at... and I saw a thread the other day that all survivors should spawn with a random skill such as "mechanic" "medic" which I thought was pretty good...that would also remove the need to "Special" NPC players... and gain...NPC just make a target...

Dont get me wrong NPC in games like Mass Effect or Skyrim are needed as it gives purpose to the player and the game... If NPC was added to this game then it would be like giving the survivors a story to follow which this game dont need. I just think that player built areas should be added which I believe Rocket is? that should be purely player run... and I dont know why hackers and scripters are bought into this as this is about stand-a-lone where there wont be any :)

Sorry OP I couldn't see this happening in a game like this, yes have player owned areas and "safe areas" for storage but NPC should be kept out of he game all together

So I was playing with my brother and a friend the other night and got into a spot of bother over at the Apartment block hospital in Cherno... having a lee Enfield...DMR and a Double shotgun.... we didn't fancy shooting our guns off with 3 dinner bell guns in hand... so we decided to climb a ladder...pull out our hatchets and kill the 10+ zeds following us... Now about 4 or 5 of them climbed up and we dispatched them easily enough but the other 5 stayed at the ladder base just standing about it... (this was before we noticed the other ladder lol) So we got to talking about how funny it would be to be able to slide down the ladder and kick the zeds at the bottom giving you a brief couple of seconds to get running.... So just as a small suggestion a ladder slide would be fun to add in.. obviously not everyone can do this (if you ever tried its hard) and has like a 20% chance of falling off? Let me know what ya think :D Also if this been suggested link me but I couldn't see anything with a brief search :D AJ

Yeah I was given an AS50 from a hacker...after he left I dropped it in the sea and found a AKM 5 minutes later :D

I WAS DRUNK DURING THIS STAGE Ok so I found an M249 SAW LMG at NW Airfield and was ecstatic as I had only an AKM was my best ever spawn find (not killing someone) and had 3 200Round + 200 in gun so [4 boxes?] boxes so that's 800 Rounds.... I decided to go stand in the middle of a hanger and unleash hell! 5minutes later I was down to about 500 rounds and had racked up a lot of zed kills :D Carried on firing when I think I hear a car or something... but no matter I HAZ BOOM GUNZ!! so keep firing.... down my sights I see a bus... and I am still firing so some of my bullets must of hit them as they all pile out and get behind bus...no matter...PEW PEW PEW!! I start shouting at them to come join the party! But instead they start shooting...well that's not nice...so I just aim at the bus and fire everything I got... down to 100 rounds and the bus is gone...ASPLODED!!! :D Not got any of them yet as they all ran round the sides of hanger...think there was 4 or 5? After using my last 100 rounds I switch to my PDW (UZI THING) And just shout come at me your bastards!! with zeds still swarming I start lobbing a few grenades for good measure! still screaming down mic like a crazy person... I decide to just run outside to the right of the hanger and just start spraying anything I see... PEW PEW PEW!! One goes does but no kill... second gets hit and goes prone...down to last mag and I run past prone guy and pull a grenade...just as I pull back I get shot in the face :( I was hoping the grenade would drop and go off but alas it didn't... :) BOOOO! wanted to ASPLODE! them fools! Anyway this is basically saying to anyone who takes the game too seriously chill out.,..have fun...dont get attached to gear...and Whisky + Zombies = good times :D Stay Sexy DayZ Community! ;) AJ

It's the fact that almost all bandits you come across be it the asshole sitting 1000+ metres away or the guy up close n personal with a shotgun...as soon as they start to get hit or bullets fly there way.... OH NOEZ! GOTTA SAVEZ MA STUFF! QUICK ALT+F4! And that's the sole reason I hate bandits.... :)

Why not just get the free verson first? check it out...if you like then get the full version... With free you only get low res though so if graphics is important then dont bother... As a game its epic! I have never had so much fun playing a game, neither had my heart pumping so hard after fire fights with other players... its a unique gaming experience and worth it in my opinion... Look past the Hackers and the general mis-trust you can make this a story to be remembered...also play with RL friends...much more fun :) AJ

Yeah i noticed this at NW airfield...only the police and army zeds run inside the hangers? all the rest just walk around O.o

Yeah I made the mistake of swapping my Alice for a Czech without knowing, the Alice got eaten by the floor with all my stuff and had less pockets...was not impressed.... The Alice has more pockets though? Weird :D

I just shout out friendly from a hidden location, if no reply I shoot, if I reply I then lean my head out and they normally shoot straight away, I then have a death match and either win or loose >.< I want to be good! :D

Your problem is...you have a Mac.... Dont get me wrong good all round for general shit... But games... good luck with that, even with boot camp :( Sorry bro should of got a Normal Desktop PC :) AJ
