Not really. The alice pack is over 30 years old and is the sort of thing that people bought en masse as "military surplus". Seeing czech and alice packs in residential areas is not odd.

The one you spawn with is 8 slot, there is a 24 slot one which is super rare drop at military instillations. Or super common on hackers...

Play with crosshairs on and take the L85. Use an M9 SD for any zombies you do have to kill. You don't have to be "silent" when you can see someone from 1km away hiding in a bush
