    It's true though, most day z players are arma noobs that don't even know what arma stands for. Often people confuse arma2 features with day z features and vice versa, which always provides a laugh.

    I actually find it pretty weird for alpha mod serving as a testing ground for a retail game that we don't get regular wipes.

    It's really a bad weapon. if you want a nighttime sniper get the DMR - it's also a daytime sniper. The NV on the FAL can not be turned off and this makes it a very bad weapon if you intend to play during the day with it.

    Some admins have a policy where they ban you for this. But rocket and BE are cool with it.

    Script killing is the reason why I don't even leave the coast now. You can just be walking around alone in the wilderness as night and for no reason at all you drop dead like you had a heart attack or something.

    Ausarma is pretty strict, if you had a hacked weapon or something they may have banned you over that. Very doubtful it was over banditry.

    Guess I'll take that kneejerk as a confirmation. Maybe tell your mates not to die huddled around weapon boxes in cherno if they're trying to stay in the closet. <_<

    You won't get banned but if an admin sees you gearing up out of a box on the coast you can expect as much.

    Well a hacker can just teleport you while waiting to load in the debug plains, so thats how they managed to do that bit.
