Should I hear someone sniping at me?

Usually you do hear a loud crack if the bullets are in your direction but if you get hit by a sniper rifle often you get hit and hear the shot after you're dead. -
Dude, me and my friend were on that server a few hours ago and had the same thing. We were raiding a crashed heli up the road from Novy and i suddenly heard a car engine out of nowhere and turn around to see a black SUV on the road, so i immediately open fire on the driver with my m14 who ended up being mortal and fell out dead, a second player ran out the back of the SUV and i shot at him too, a third player crouched next to the car fell to my m14 as well but it appeared that the dead players came right back and started grabbing their gear or some crap so my mate and i promptly got the hell out of there. BS hackers man.

I'm kind of with you, but it doesn't have to be hyper realistic. With the first person only i would love it if the fov was better, first person feels like i bump into everything too.

Kind of upset me that the first thing that you thought of after obtaining superior weaponry is to go playerkilling.

I wouldn't really be interested in having a chopper for longer than maybe a few hours, i think it would just attract far too much attention. Hard to raid places and sneak up on people when you're audible from almost a kilometer.

if you want to be defending yourself from other players you can't go wrong with an m14. Semi auto battle rifle with common ammo, deadly accuracy and it packs a hell of a punch. By far my favourite. -
Standalone by the end of the year i think (very much hope) and as for getting bored, hell no.

I had a thought exactly like this, simply have a stun gun or tazer with a range of maybe 20 or so meters and has the ability to knock people out for around a minute, means i no longer have to risk robbing people to steal their stuff.

No idea what your problem is, i don't have to do anything other than stay on the move. I swear to you if you put me up against the average Dobry sniper with a hatchet i would at least land a hit on him before he could hit me. -

Easy, before the latest patch i tried to get a cool camp going maybe a few vehicles but with them broken i mostly jump on the most populated server i can and stalk people around northern towns... -
So just a raid on a camp that me and my friends did after we spotted people entering the water, i have not actually known that you could do this. Also: i'm the guy that sounds really bored lol.

I don't think he understands what this mod is supposed to be... Still, not hating but this really is a terrible idea.
