I agree with these guys one time a few days ago my friend spotted someone we laid low then he ran close to us i took one shot boom he dropped. And we got his loot i was so happy for rs killing someone who never knew ur there. It wasnt a newb on the shore he had good loots and wasn't watching and paid for it. ( this has also happened to me tge reason i love this game be alert and stay in cover dont run though fields lol that what will happen to u You make an excellent point. 90% of the PVP happens before the first shot is ever fired. I also got an idea mine was like yours but it would look at what u got and keep track and see if u were logging in looting logging out over and over u eventually get like a warning saying like your suspected of loot hoping if it continues u will be killed and it be logged and if u been killed/warned repetitively u could eventually get stronger punishments
