I just waited for 2 and a half hours, then i lost connection, now the hourglass is full again=/ And whats the medic forum?

Yesterday i spawned and got instantly shot downd. I was laying on the floor unconscious and the hourglass went down. When I had 120 blood left, it just stopped. After some time I rejoined the Server and had 270 blood remaining. Since then I tried to fix this problem, but the only help I have found is to wait till the hourglass runs out. At the moment I work on that, but it takes incredibly long (I waited 1 hour and only about 1/20 is gone), does anybody know how to fix the bug? thanks for your help, Kalti
