Well after you spend a few more days on this mod you'll realize there really is not much to do. Surviving in itself is not hard to do at all. Run away from the newb zone go to a town get some supplies. Eventually you'll get a hatchet, matches, and hunting knife then you can enjoy the rest of your dayz life out in the woods if you want. Once you realize zombies aren't that big of a deal and are easily dealt with the only thing left to do in the game is interact with other players...attempting to shoot them is more entertaining for me. I say attempting because I'm terrible and can't hit the broad side of a barn so I usually end up respawning instead of the other guy but it's still entertaining. Oh and vehicles are good fun. Just enjoying a drive down the ro- OH GOD WE'RE GETTING SHOT AT SERPENTINE SERPENTINE!

I agree I would like to see this. Personally I find sniping to be extremely boring. All I do now is mostly run around in chern and electro with a hatchet or pistol screaming at anyone I see trying to kill them either with my zombie train or close range with the hatchet and pistol. All the while screaming like a lil girl of course. Long range fights are dull, dull, dull.

Dying is not funny in any way whatsoever. This is quite a serious mod and it needs to be taken seriously. We have to work together to survive in this world and this is a wonderful simulation in which to see what we can do to help each other. Every time I get killed by another player I do the following: 1. Inform them that I am indeed seriously mad. 3. I post on these forums in a manner befitting my temperance and view of the game and how it should be played. Everyone should play like me and the developers need to understand and make the game the way I want it. 4. Finally I write a very strongly worded letter to my congressman in the hopes that he will address this issue.

Were there a real zombie apocolypse I would want to group together with others to increase all of our chances of survival. A group helping others is > then a single trigger happy lunatic. I also have never shot a gun before in my life. Would I even be able to hit anything? Were my mother to be a zombie would I even be able to shoot her to save myself? Your reasons are not very accurate. As for shooting others in the game as far as I'm concerned it's a game and it is them or me. I trust absolutely no one. Several times before I learned I had people come up shouting "FRIENDLY FRIENDLY", only to kill me once they were within easy kill range.
