    problem installing patch 95208

DayZ has several patch numbers to follow. First there's the MOD version: 1.7.2.3 is currant. Most servers are running that. Then there's your ARMA2 Combines Ops Beta client which should be matching the Server version number. In six luancher is that last colum all the way left. Here's a link: http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/ While you can use the six luancher to auto update both, it doesn't fliter out the server version. You might want to try the DAYZ Commander app: http://www.dayzcommander.com/ For me, its the easier way to find server that might work. Also you may manauly downgrade your arma 2 combines ops beta client to the version of the server if they are slow in upgrading yet you still want to play there. In a few cases you can sometimes play with your local client being a high version then the server's version. Sometime a warning, lately hasn't been working. Always upgrading to the lastest beta does not mean you'll be able to play anywhere. As many servers take a few days to week before updating. I suggest finding a server with a good ping, and listed admin or clan, and then making that your home server. Keep you game updated to whatever they are running.
  2. Having getting Arma 2 combined operates install. Six Luancher is one of the easiest ways to update both the beta client and dayz mod. However it sometimes lags behind updates or like this week push out a patch before the rest of the servers are ready. To many servers are running defferent dayz version or beta clients. So lot of servers just don't work right away giving a novice all sorts of issues just logging into a game. As far as I know you can only play on the same version of your installed DAYZ mod. Meanwhile your installed beta arma2 cleint should be the version matching the server you connecting too. BTW, I've found this new program to be very helpfull in find servers to connect too. CHECK out http://www.dayzcommander.com/ Works great. Really easy to filter out the server that don't match up with your game. Some real nice features too.
