You get it when you reach 5000 humanity, and it indeed makes you run faster. -

He said they target high pop servers. That doesn't mean they don't go for servers with fewer people at all.

How do you become a Bandit hunter?

I don't necessarily hunt bandits but I guess these "Bandit Hunters" go to hunt them at places where bandits are often seen? For example near elektro and cherno. -

Setup a pc online. Order the parts. Put them together. If you don't know how to actualy build it. I recommend asking a friend or relative that is more into this kind of stuff.
