As far as im aware yes, i do believe the 980 is slightly better then the 780 non ti, as for what the new engine will consist of i know it will be rendering things in DX11, That much is certain so with that i can kind of guess what it will be like, DX11 is a bit more intensive then DX9/10 very much as it should be since it renders shadows, lights, Polygons, and other such things Infinitely Better then its predecessors. But if your wanting to get the BEST optimal framerate, regardless the cost of money. Then You'll want to upgrade to DDR4 (when it becomes more prevalent, Also since most games really do most of the work on a Single Core, (DayZ included) i would personally wait for the Z99 Chipsetted motherboards to come out, and wait for the Skylake Processors from Intel then for games that use mostly just one core you will have better framerates and other such performance boosts, But thats in a good year or so. But for right now there's not really a reason to upgrade if your playing the games you like at Framerates that are comfortable for you.

the 980, in terms of sheer graphical power is slightly worse then the 780TI Right now our tech is as maxed as it can get without designing a more powerful architecture (Which isn't to far off) The only thing thats better about the 980 over the 780TI is that its more efficient in using everything on its PCB in a faster way.

Honestly mate i don't see the problem in them just NOW starting to work on vehicles when there was so much early game breaking shit that honestly took precedence over a freaking Pick up truck or humvee. let the devs do their job if they wanna take there time to polish something and make it perfect then freaking let them. id rather have something that works as its supposed to then some half assed piece of coding.

DayZ is a cruel mistress me and a few friends have a special rule set we follow in dayZ (Not all rules we follow pertain to everyone mostly to ourselves so i wont mention em all) Rule #5: DayZ hates you. Rule #2: DayZ will give you what you want when it feels like it and when you do find what your looking for expect to die within the hour of which you find it due to some ass with a sniper)

Berenzino is a death trap still so tahts a good place (normally around the Police station area of Berenzino (Its like candy there for people who kos. I snuck up on a sniper and snipped him in the back of the head from 30m away and laughed because i knew he was just being a dick (Im a bandit hunter.)

As a experience heli pilot myself i will list the best tips i can give you in bullet points in the form of numbers. 1. USE YOUR RADAR! So many pilots i've flown with in arma2/DayZ never use the damned radar. The Radar depending on the aircraft goes up to about 2km away depending on altitude i believe. 2. Keep communication with your gunners by giving them direction of the target. For instance if there is a Heli at 3 o'clock best way to immediately is to pre ordain the nose of the Heli as the 12 o'clock. 3. Don't worry about fancy flips and other shit. But one of the things that will really throw an attack chopper off (I use this often) If i notice them barreling towards me i usually pull back hard on the Stick and cut the engine to drop quickly then start it back and bolt away (best if your not well equipped to fight it.) If you drop altitude rather fast and spin off to an opposite direction away from the attacker you may have a chance to live longer. (btw this works because of Aforementioned Tip 1) There is other Tactics you can use but these are just a few and i hope they help you in your endeavors.

Me personally mate i do not associate with hackers at all, If i find a mate of mine is hacking then i immedately Disown them and Block/Remove them from any VOIP Program i use. But no you won't get banned for the simple fact that you aren't the one running the scripts, If the scripts are not on your account then no, You will not get banned.

Sad thing is a majority of players don't know this but Just because you pull the pin on a M67 Frag grenade Doesn't mean it will explode, a M67 Frag grenade has TWO safeties first is the pin Which releases the first safety Then There is the Spoon which holds the fuse and stops it from striking so Unless you fully let go of the grenade it will never blow up as long as your holding the Spoon down.
