Was playing with a friend at work last night, work ended so we got off... I get back to work tonight and log back on... Heli crash to my right... Heli crash to my left... Starry in front of me... Lets just say when I get back on tomorrow with my happy ass is decked out now...

Everyone on this thread is aware of the problem... They understand that it will be fixed eventually... Until then they are doing there best to avoid it... If this game was a large shark infested body of water, your the one jumping in the fucking water with a fresh cut on your arm... Everyone else knows about the sharks, so they avoid swimming since they also have cuts on their arms that are also bleeding... Rampant case of deep paper cuts apparently... Oh look sharks followed your bloody scent and fucking ate you... No one but you is at fault for going into shark infested waters while bleeding... See I can make comparisons too...

Yup that is the best map imo... I also use it... They took out the known crash heli locations and added a message in the corner... Helicopter crashes can spawn anywhere outside of forests and buildings

Even safe spots aren't safe... After a long night of playing me and a friend decide to log out in each corner of one the hangers in the NE Airfield... The next day we get back on our server and both login... I die instantly my friend moments later... The server only had 12 people on at that moment but somehow we manage to login just as two other survivors were looting that hanger... We have awesome luck...

Either you were punished for death dodging... Or you died by a glitch... If the latter join the club... I've lost dozens of nice weapons do to glitches... PP-19, FN FAL ANPV S4, M107, L85A2 AWS, and my favorite M136... However I sorta killed myself with the M136... But yea, dust yourself off and try again...

The Mod is "Fucked at the moment" becuase its in alpha... Do you know the definition of what the aphla state of a game is..? The alpha phase of the release life cycle is the first phase to begin software testing. Alpha software can be unstable and could cause crashes or data loss. So why don't you either leave and quit checking the forums... Or man up, start over, and do better next time... Because like or not, you made a grave error... And your death was almost entirely your fault...

You know the hopper was probably all like, "Sweet, fuckin' jackpot!" But seriously though, way to cry and quit like a child. It's an unfinished game, get over it. I've died by glitches more times then I can count, with really nice gear... Plus you kinda deserved to die, who's dumb enough to wait in one of the two spots with the best military drops...

So yesterday morning I died outside of Starry on route to meeting up with a friend, I won't complain that I died it happens and it was my fault, just north of the popular hill overlooking the tents and south of the two deer stands I thought it was a good idea to kill a cow and have a BBQ in the valley. As soon as I lit the campfire, I hear three shots from a M107. First one broke my legs, second one missed, and the third one took me to about -20k blood... Anyways enough back story. The reason I feel guilty is because after dying I come back in to Elektro, and after gathering supplies I decide to hit the super mart before I leave. I get there loot a bunch of food, find an alice pack, switch out my Makarov for a 1911. Overall a great run, as I'm leaving I begin to hear voices. So I quickly cross the street and set up an over watch position in the two room residential building adjacent to the store. I observe to players talking over the in game VOIP, I later find out they are Gabe and Fox, enter the building. I assumed they were new players because they made the mistake of firing their Lee Enfield and an aggro-ed Zed, the second player could of used his pistol but I digress. Knowing I was in range and remembering I just heard them talking I proceed to tell them over VOIP that I just raided the store and that they won't find anything there. Well after speaking both players begin acting strange, they stop talking, and begin looking for me. And much internal deliberation I decide that now that I have alerted them to my presence I'm no longer safe. Since neither of them responded, yes I was on direct communication I triple checked. So fearing my safety I shoot the first survivor; the shot goes through the glass, over the counter, through the doorway, and into his rib cage. I fire a second shot, he drops, Gabe is dead. As I head into the building to go hide his body, I see it as burying someone, I see the second player hiding in the corner with his pistol drawn. I bring my revolver up and fire six successive shots at him, Fox is dead. After settling down I hide both bodies, and go on my way. I wanted to post this to see if anyone else would have done this differently, and just kinda see what people think about it. Also I put this up here so that maybe Gabe or Fox could see, an know... I've chased a rabbit for 40 mins once... Missed every shot with my Makarov, only had one mag... Decided I invested to much to let him get away... Pulled out my hachet... And chased that sum'a'bitch halfway across Chernarus... Let's just say... At the end of the day... My happy ass was dining on hasenpfeffer...

I still remember my first murder... I was new and hurt from two unsuccessful raids on towns... My blood was low, vision was blurred and having difficulty breathing... My stomach was growling, I haven't eaten in hours... Then I see movement, another survior... I call out, but no response... I yell louder, "Help I'm staring, help please!" He keeps running... Before I knew what I was doing I rise my rifle... ... ... *BANG* ... ... The man falls... As I approach him, I hear myself utter a faint, apology... I reach into his bag... Take his beans... And continue to survive...

I believe it was a beta/expansion update... so yea, I believe the servers gotta catch up now...

I believe the game has multiple versions of the M24...
