    Well... Last night while playing against these superzeds my brother and I ended up crawling everywhere a zombie could be seen. I did more crawling in one night then I have done since I started playing a couple weeks ago. Not very fun but at least it kept me alive. While crawling, we could get pretty close. Maybe 15-20 in game feet. I did not have one problem. The crawling thing is key here. Because even at night time, at a half crouch, not moving, and 0 for visual. Zeds still attacked me from whereever. Crawling. I was safe.

    If you having problems. I would just go in and delete the @dayz Folder, Then launch six updater and have it install it for you all over again.

    Are you launching from the six updater launcher or through the game? I have had nothing but bad luck trying to do it with steam and adding the arguments to launch dayz. I would get all types of random error messages if I didn't launch it with the six updater.

    I'm not sure about that either. I was playing in the dark last night. I had a visual of 0. I was making maybe 1 bar of sound. I had a zombie around 20 feet away detected me and started attacking because I was crouched. If I was prone. I seemed to be ok. But no different on visual or sound.

    I'm just reinforcing what has already been said. The aggro from zombies is crazy. The moment I think I understand it, something else happens that contradicts what I just found. I loved it before this last patch, but now I feel I have to slow crawl everywhere. Not sure I'm all that excited about that. However, despite that frustration, keep up the great work Rocket! This is a gaming experience like no other, I appreciate that...

    Multiple. Your character iss persistent. So if log off of one, and join another you will have your stuff. Vehicles and placed tents are just on that server.

    Well... Install arma, launch it all. Exit out. Install six updater. Launch six updater, choose to install. Launch dayz from the six updater, choose server when you're in game. I have helped a few friends do that same process. Six updater makes it easy.

    No. I love being in that situation where I am in a frenzy looking for something to protect myself before I get shot or eaten by a zombie. When I first started this game I would of said yes, it was frustrating at first. Now, it's awesome. Getting a weapon is rewarding.
