today after opening a ticket to them saying that if it wasn't resolved would ask for a refund my server is now up and running

probably a really, simple and easy problem, but i cant even start my server, it just keeps coming up error whenever i click start. -
It's just going to be a long wait I have a feeling, I hope it gets resolved soon. Although I'm glad it isn't only me having this problem
