Well being a Geordie i feel compelled to try this server out. -
Probably server lag/desync. The server is not catching upto you last position. Give it a min or so before you log out...it may help the server catch up to your lastest position. And you have posted this thread 5 times. You need to learn not to SPAM the post button. The forums also suffer from lag!

Have to agree. If you cared for the mod & the community in general...report this idiot scripter. Oh no, you prob won't ... cos he's your mate. What was i thinking. Just turn a blind eye to it right? I mean ... what harm is he doing? ...good grief. -

am I wrong or camouflage suit has some body armor?

I've heard that the camo suit has body armour. If you look at the skin whilst you wear it, it clearly has some form of body armour/vest on it. Whether it truly is body armour is another matter though. I've also heard that the hero skin has some armour too. Again...no idea if true. -

Couldn't agree more. They need to be proper undead...decaying things. Limbs missing etc etc. They need to properly scare the hell out of you. As improved as the zombie behaviour is etc, they are still a mere hindrance. I know Rocket is apprently using the code that is used for animals or something for the zombies, he is essentially making the ArmA2 engine do stuff it was never designed to do. I hope in standalone you fear the zombies as much as other players. And i mean fear them...truly fear them and get paramoid etc etc. As much as you do when you see another survivor/bandit/hero. More of them by far too. Hopefully a more efficient engine will allow for a lot more of them -
Quitting a great FREE mod for something as silly as lag/desync will be your loss. Suck it up and laugh it off. It's prob happened to 90% of all players at one point or another. And has happened to myself at least a few times. Who cares? Start again. If it was lag/desync try to stick on servers close to you...that are regularly restarted. If it WAS a hacker...see my above comment ^^

I did reply in your first post. I read somewhere on these forums about someone who had a similar problem...being stuck in the wall/floor. Try moving towards the door backwards (prone). If it's doesnt let you out of the wall, it will break your legs. And when you have broken legs...you can click respawn. I do remember them saying it took about 10 mins of tryin till they found the "sweet spot". Hope it works.

I read somewhere on these forums about someone who had a similar problem...being stuck in the wall/floor. Try moving towards the door backwards (prone). If it's doesnt let you out of the wall, it will break your legs. And when you have broken legs...you can click respawn. Hope it works.

At a hospital matey, or medical military tents. Usually in one of the cardboard boxes. They are very very rare! You may well have to trade for some...or beg for some on the forums.

Infected! The coughing will start soon. It wont kill you. Your blood will drop to about 6000. If you top your blood back up, it will again drop to 6000. You need antibiotics to stop it.

Are you coughing? And loosing blood at about 3 per second? If so, you have been infected by a zombie hitting you and need antibiotics. If the bleeding is alot more, as mentioned it's prob just server lag/desync.

We have to have good and evil in this game. It's a necessity. It would be just as boring for a bandit with no good people to kill, as it would be for a hero with no bad people to kill. Well...until the zombies are a REAL threat too. But I wouldn't change it for anything. :) The PvP fear is awesome.

What about healing broken bones with morphine, giving painkillers, bandaging people and giving blood transfusions? These are heroic acts too. :D I'm also convinced i've been given a humanity boost for putting food/drink on the floor and letting people pick it up. But i'm not 100% sure.

When you run the game/mod itself...in the MAIN menu...what version does it say in the bottom right of your screen? It should say something like :- 1.62.96751 - This is the OperationArrowhead Version DayZ 1.7.2.6 - This is the DayZ mod files version -

Have you put the files inside the addons folder inside the @DayZ folder? They need to be inside @DayZ\Addons. There is also DayZ commander which will install everything for you :- http://www.dayzcommander.com/ Edit Ninja'd by SystemiK -

As i said, if the sniper is farther away than the guns audible range...he wont hear anything. An AS50 has an audible range of about 450m. But a kill range of about 1200m. The sniper could be anywhere between 500m and 1200m away...and he wouldn't have heard a thing. It's happened to me a few times...and it happens so fast...you don't really get time to notice a blood spurt or hear a bullet impact.
