You are indeed correct, this was doable in the MOD. Hope it comes back in S.A. It may well impact server performance though, more info to store, zombies having a full skeleton like players (200 zombies with broken legs). Although I am no coder, so this is a big assumption on my behalf.

Yes I can also vouch for this, as I also play DayZ with MartinD. A good few nights in a row, we have been killed by people exploiting the camo buildings. They were visibly running through the walls and shooting through the walls as if they were just not there at all. We practically watched one guy come running through the wall, loot one of our bodies and then casually run back into the building by going straight through the wall. I am unsure how they are doing this, as I was under the impression that this pbo exploit was no longer possible. But I know what I've seen with my own eyes the last few nights playing. :( Not moaning at all, like most people here...just trying to give feedback so this can be stopped once & for all.

I know right, as I said...we were just curious as to where we were getting sniped from. I'd find it pretty boring sitting in there and sniping, but some people are more than willing to sit there for 4 hrs to get one freshspawn kill.

As mentioned, never get attached to your gear. Gearing up as a new spawn is half the fun anyways, running about not giving a toss. :)

I've also tried experimental again today for about an hour. No more session lost for me personally I'm glad to say, but lots of rubberbanding. Every few minutes you get rubberbanded/teleported back. I wish I was exaggerating, but alas...no. :(

This is my understanding too, saying as though there is no body temperature or anything yet (as in the mod), I would assume all it does it make your clothes and gun wet...without any real side effects. Also there is no mention in the latest changelog/patch notes of rain having any detrimental effect. Some confirmation would be good though.

I haven't had this yet, but I have seen an awful lot of people getting battleye kicks. I'm assuming this is when their session is lost!?

Some great fixes and additions. Handcuffs don't seem to work now, it says item is empty or something when you try to use them. Apologies if this has been mentioned.

Good video, First person only servers are the only way to play. None of this seeing round corners and over walls bullshit. :) SKS is too weak in my opinion. Just this afternoon, I shot a guy in the chest with 6 rounds from 10m away as he came into a room I was in. He calmly just ran away bleeding. Do the same with a mosin and it's a different story! One or two shots and they are at least unconscious if not dead. I'm sure that SKS will get a tweak/balance eventually, or I'd like to think it will. But for now I hate them...bloody useless.

Roll on the homemade grenades with the crafting, I'm sure I saw Rocket demo one in of the many videos out there ages ago. I think he used a gas canister and a flare or something?

Great work again Rocket and team. The dedication to getting fixes out is amazing. I don't understand how people can moan about slow updates, when it's 1 sometimes 2 a week.

I don't really think it was intentional glitching. He lies down to get a lower profile (obviously) then tries to roll round to a better viewing position. It sucks that the clipping allows this to happen in some buildings, let's hope they can somehow stop this from happening eventually. The guy still got what was coming to him, serves him right for proclaiming to be so awesome.

Try running & vaulting at every part of the wall, or try and crawl thru it backwards. I have seen this work on the odd occasion. Good luck dude!

5 minutes at the most to join a server. And you only get that penalty if you're swapping servers too often. Yes it's a pain if your connection drops and you want to get back on the server as your friends...but seriously??? Wait 5 minutes...go make a coffee or a drink. The benefits of having this timer in far outweigh the inconvenience of maybe having up to a 5 minute penalty. It's hardly the drama you make it out to be.
