Maybe it will be changed and made to change colour at somepoint. If it doesn't already...can't say that i can remember seeing it do this.

No problem. Glad to help. Also if your in game just press I to see the scoreboard...this should also show the name of the server your in/on. -

Download DayZ commander Add your friend into the friends list Put his name EXACTLY as show in game...inlcuding clan tags if he has them. See what server he is on and join it. http://www.dayzcommander.com/ -

Are ALL weapons supposed to knock me out?

Depends on how much blood you have, depends on what calibre bullets hits you. Sometimes it one shot kills...sometimes it just knocks you out for a bit and you start to bleed out...othertimes breaking legs. -
Yeah, probably. They will make OA expansion run better. And day Z uses that expansion. Any tweaks fixes to the ArmA2/OA engine can only be a good thing for ArmA2 players and DayZ players. Whether the patch is directly related to DayZ or OA. You can see what they fix in the changelog file anyways.

Rifles are for long range, and have a very slow rate of fire (well most of them) Assault rifles are much better for close quarters, and will always win over a rifle. Esp. if you miss with a rifle shot up close...by the time you can fire again...your dead. Well in my opinion anyways. -

Microphone does not work during gameplay

Check the mic settings in the audio menu. There is a mic capture setting if i recall correctly. Check it's not set too low. That's all i can suggest, i'm assuming your mic works fine in other games/apps. -

Using the SAW for zombies will only bring you death. It's far far too loud to use in town on zombies...your ringing the dinner bell using that! Awesome weapon for PvP though. Esp. away from the towns/cities. -
Look for the RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) It's fast as hell. I can tell you where it is in a PM if you like. So as not to spoil the fun of finding it for others that read this thread. Edit...sorry as mentioned its the PBX in DayZ not the RIB. Same sort of boat though.

Remember to save the bus anytime you put something new in there. Put in a new gun....save it. Put it another new gun...save it. It will be automatically put into the map area on a restart i believe!
