LOL. I was referring to you griefing the guy simply cos he chooses to go on low pop servers. I mentioned nothing about him not recognizing the hacking issue. What i DID mention is that griefing him for choosing low pop servers is a bit harsh. Please see your own comments below, it may help your selective memory problem.

Probably a sniper in the grass/hills, far enough away from you so you dont hear the shot. Might not have been, but very likely. Was your blood meter (in debug monitor) at something ridiclious when you died? Like -130000 or something. If you noticed and it was...def. sniper.

Have you ever stopped to think that alot of players who are sick of hacking know the hackers/script kiddies favour high populated servers? It's no wonder alot of people are now choosing low populated servers in an attempt to avoid attention from said hackers. Stop criticising people for how they want to play. Who cares if he wants to go on a 50/50 server...or a 2/50 server. What concern of yours is it? I'm sure you'd be offended if he started telling you how to play your game and where you should be going to play. The lamers here are the hackers and script kiddies. Not honest people like us who do not cheat. Just saying is all.

I think alot of people forget the ArmA2 engine is 3 years old. Rocket has to do the best he can obviosuly...but you can only shoe horn so much into an old engine.

There is a big difference between offering "constructive criticism" in a calm and adult manner. This is the point of an alpha, and how problems/bugs get found and fixed. What does being abusive, insulting to other members (calling people faggots...seriously??) and thinking you know it all bring to the forum? All he has done is attack people, make himself look a bit foolish and niave. And you call us fan boys because we won't tolerate yet another rage post? LOL!

Dont believe everything you read or hear. And if your a "paid modder" you should know how the industry works. So you should know all about marketing/hype/propaganda within the games industry should you not? Seen much video of the game? played an alpha/beta/demo? No didn't think so. Not looking for an argument...just stating a fact.

You can't get banned for it mate, as it was out of your control. Dont kill your character though. Just go put the weapons in a bush somewhere no one will see. They will despawn in a short while...so no one will get them...if you feel bad about having them It's totally down to you what you want to do though. :) -

I started in Kamenka near the lighthouse. I think i lasted about 2 minutes at the most before i was killed by zeds. Oh the fond memories of being a free meal.

It sucks mate yes. Let's hope BattleEye gets a bit better and more of these people are caught. Surely the (devs/battleye people) have to do something in trying to combat this...well the best that they can do. But all we can do is hope the hackers/scrpt kiddies get bored and move onto the next "big thing" games wise soon.

DMR is compatible with NVG. M107/AS50 are not. Also DMR magazines are much more common than the others. So if your in a group and roaming, i'd say DMR.
