It will respawn when the server restarts. If you leave a vehicle unattended, and no one else finds it...after 7 days it will respawn. but only if its sat empty for so long. -

There is also DayZ commander. Its a bit like 6 updater...maybe try that on it? http://www.dayzcommander.com/ You can also manually dowmload the latest beta for OpArrowhead, the latest version is the one in the green bar at the top of the page. Good luck man :- http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/ -
Probably there as someone has swapped. I don't think civilian clothing spawns, i think it just appears because someone has recently put something else on and left that. Also no mention of it spawning in dayzdb :- http://dayzdb.com/database/civilian-clothing

Must be hacked. As mentioned Civilian,Camo & Ghillie are all that's available to my knowledge and showing on the wiki/dayzdb etc

Reinstalling Windows - Should I save some files?

There are no files you need to backyup to keep your character. These are held within the public @hive. So even if you reformat, your character will be fine...as the character info is stored on their hive server and NOT your own computer. Hope this helps. -

Gun cross hairs on/off & DM is directional marker (i believe) or personal wapoint indicator thing...before you ask :)

Yes. The Zombies love smoke grenades and flares. Very good for causing distractions.

Lucky you! Your instantly teleported to an arena by hackers. Imaginatively called the thunderdome (mad max 3) You entire inventory is replaced or wiped. And then your basically killed by the hackers...or by other players (entire server) who have also been teleported there! :( Got to laugh at it in a sense

Interesting. It's all well and good saying read up and learn not to be a victim. But when we now have things like the "thunderdome" and people inventorys being replaced in a milisecond, instant teleporting etc etc etc. How can you avoid being a victim to that? :(

OK, seems strange to potentially ban and alienate your new players though. Well it does to me anyways. Esp. when they would be non the wiser as to the fact they had done anything wrong. I'm not defending hacks or anything at all. Just concerned alot of innocent people are gonna take the fall for the un scrupulous hackers :(

This mod is selling copies of ArmA2/OA. There will be countless numbers of new players that have no idea what weapons are legit and what ones are not. Are they to be banned too? Just curious...would seem awfully unfair.

We all feel your pain. But hang in there. The GFX fix will be in the next update which will hopefully be in a few days. The hacking may well calm down a bit soon. Personally if i was you...i'd just take a break for a few days. -

Spawning without a weapon... is fine. Some times lifes unfair, i like how DayZ is harsh and unforgiving. -
They do exist, i've had 2. :D Gave one to a friend, and lost one when my camp got looted last week. Bit loud for my liking, but they lay an awesome amount of fire down...good for PvP.
