Off course it has been stated it will be fixed. They are hardly going to leave in indefinately are they. We all have to put up with it, and yes it sucks. All we can do is be patient and hope a true fix comes soon.

No. It should put the stuff in a loot pile where the tent was. I generally take the stuff out first though...force of habit.

Yes, if it's in your inventory you can take it to whatever server you go onto. Mustve been lag/bug why it didnt remember the one you picked up. Once a tent has been deployed, you can pick it back up and put it back in your inv. too. You can only repack a tent that you yourself have put up. :thumbsup:

I'm sure all these little bugs will be sorted out in standalone. They are annoying, but are going to happen for a while to come i guess.

They are only very common because of the tent bug/duping. Every "rare" item is no longer rare at all. We all know this. But complaining because you got killed by an AS50, and wanting them removed is just wrong. I know your being sarcastic 'n all, but really? We all get killed by snipers occasionally. But yet we aren't all here making threads about it. As for them being the only sniper rifle used...yes...largely by noobs and coast griefers. A few of my friends use M24 & Dragunov. And i myself use a DMR. A complete stats reset for everyone, but only once the tent/duping bug is truly fixed is the best solution. Then every man and his dog won't have an AS50, so no need to nerf or remove things. This is just my opinion though, everyone is entitled to their own.

It's frustrating. Happened to me once or twice since the last mod update. Hopefully it'll get fixed in the next week or two...as well as the gfx glitching. You could always take a break for a week or so. And hopefully come back to an update. :thumbsup:

Hopefully in standalone there will be a skin for medics. I'd like to think most of the community survivor and bandits alike would not shoot at them. You will always get a few that will show no mercy though. :D

You can't roll back previous version of ArmA OA just yet in DayZ commander. You can manually download the patch you want to roll back to from here...and just reinstall it :- http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/ If you want to make sure the old beta is gone completely...you will have to find where the BETA folder/directory is and just delete the whole folder. Mine is located here :- C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\Expansion\beta But yours maybe somewhere else entirely depending on Steam or what have you. Hope this helps.

We all got tele'd west of Zelenogorsk about 2km up (could not see the ground). Like all hacking experiences, i INSTANTLY aborted to avoid getting killed by some script kiddie. Upon changing servers and logging back in, my friend and I were still up in the air. So we decided to try and "abort" just before we hit the ground then log back in. He went first, but did it too high up, about a tree high (it was about a 10-15 second free fall). So he died, i tried, and successfully logged in safe and healthy on the ground. Set up a tent, looted his body and stored his items in the tent. Only thing lost was his ghilli suit." PvP will NEVER be taken out of the game. This is what Rocket has said. Without the fear of being killed by another player, this mod wouldn't be half as scary as it is. And you telling people to go play BF3 if they like PvP so much?? How about you stop crying and telling people what to play. If you don't like being killed...your playing the wrong game.

Keep shouting "kill me" in direct chat. Someone will come along soon enough.
