yeah theres nothing worse than getting shot by somone you think is trust worthy, i assume every meeting is going to end badly and prepare as such. spent 3 hours on comms with 2 dutch guys only to have one of them shoot me in the face, after that i stopped wanting to meet ppl and keep it to a close group of trusted friends if you are going to meet somone new you want to bring a bomb to a gun fight and just lob a grenade in if it all goes pear shaped! really tho expect to be shot anything more is a bonus, you may yet strike a long term frindship

love graffiti, been known to cut a few stencils and from time to time some free hand shit (emphasis on the shit) i just dont see the idea getting much play, also the time spent making this comp entry and splashing it up on a building... all time I could have spent collecting beans, Ohh my precious beans...

as cool as it would be to see your own work in game, or some beans sprayed on a wall, I think may get repetative when the whole of cherno looks like a garish banksy wet dream

personally i like cherno, its all the more exciting when you know you literally have a survivors treasure trove in your possesion. getting out alive tastes just that little bit sweeter!

i wouldnt stay on the server too long, invariably hackers end thier sessions with killing everyone on server as a final fuck you before going to bed to wank themselves into oblivion

yeah i'd hazard a guess that its more interesting than just dropping to the floor dead along with everyone else in the server wondering wtf just happened. cus that shit just plain sucks

some times crawling is the only way! one time I was faced with an epic 3k crawl back to my camp site in the mere hope that there was a morphine injector to save my crippled leg, I began by crawling to the closest tree line which was a bee line north for about 300 meters compleatly exposed to any sniper or survivor who should happen to cross me. hit the tree line and adjust my position using compass and map, over 2.5k now of crawling I held down the W key and flip over to steam overlay to browse while my soldier crawls ever forward. from the corner of my screen I see a geometric shape that shouldnt be there in the middle of pine forrest. I remove the overlay to my delight, find myself crawling right into a uaz!! this was the first car I had encountered since playing dayz and what do you know, I jump in and its all green, gassed up, and ready to roll! thankfully tho you cannot walk with the broken leg you may can still operate the accelerator. burn up to my camp where I find a morphine injector. felt like a boss

one word, Berezino! with its location a good 5 mins run from any spawn point you will find alot less run'n'gun type players that you would normally find in cherno or electro. the hospital is not surrounded by high value buildings in terms of loot, so less chance of running into the trigger happy looter either. the location of the hospital in berezino is perfect for a quick in and out job, if you have a tent try to stash your gear and make a 'run' into berezino hospital futher more reducing the risk of loosing everything. the key is to have the morphine and not need it rather than need it and not have it so stock up with bloodbags and morphine from the medical crates ( assuming you have a group to apply blood bags ) remeber bandages are ten a penny so dont waste too much inventory on them. if you have dropped your gear to make such a run you should stack your bag full and get out of there quick chop. go stash the supplies and keep at least 2 morphine on you if your crawling round there are not many spwan points with higher chance of morphine than junk but military loot spawn areas do drop on occasion so check deer stands and military areas like the airfield, just watch out cus there might be someone there whos more than willing to put you our of your misery

more than likley, if you dont have the balls to stay in combat that you initiated then your really pushing it. until dissconect is fixed its what you have to deal with tho

bizon has more in the clip but you wont find as much ammo for it, also it has just a small iron sight in comparison to the m4,s cco sight. i recently had the option to pick up a bizon over my m4 and i stuck with it. also it has higher calibur, the better weapon for sure. @ the OP i dont know if you detected the sarcasm in my comment so ill be a little more direct in telling you thats not a cool story... bro. a dayz story needs meat... try evade death by a group of roving bandits by killing one of them with a pea shooter then taking his weapon and using it to fiinnish the rest of the group, then write up an elaborate story about the dayz fun you had. the 2 dead guys in supermarket story happens every 10 mins in cherno man

my play style before finding a weapon vastly differs from that of a geared up perspective. in the most basic terms just fucking RUN! run everywhere till you find a hatchet (best chance in barns) or a side arm/ low end primary weap (also good chance in barns but some times residential buildings) you must run to get away from the zombies until you can defend yourself. use cover and break through buildings and corners to loose the z's, they rely on line of sight so you must break that to loose them, but dont discount thier hearing either you may have broke line of sight behinde a wall but they will still investigate noises made after de-agro keep running till you find a weapon then switch to more stealthy motions (some folks would frown upon this method but unless you want to creep around, weaponless, for hours, its the best way to get armed quickly) now you can defend yourself you can choose to stay near the coast to get a better weapon and the best chances of finding military hardware near the coast are in fire stations and military camps. so thats going to mean balota airfield, Cherno, or Elecktro. these areas tho are frought with danger. some would take standard weapons and head north checking out deer stands and generally heading toward stary military camp or the north east and west airfields to find better weapons use out of game maps to find worth while areas, military loot is only going to spawn in certain areas like deer stands and camps. find a gourp to play with using comms hope this helps, and one last thing. there are no friendlies unless you know them out of game

id like to see other weather features but extreme weather its a little over the top, some temporary and persistant snow would be nice with the addition of snow camo perhaps

are you trying to say we should start on day1? it is an indication of how many days you have survived and you need 24 hours to make one day the last time i checked. next time you die just respawn and wait 1 day to play, then you may start on day 1, problem solved really tho you must survive the days to get them racked up, you havent 'done' one day of work on your way in on monday morning have you?
